They were not very responsive. The room was tiny and I can hear the noise from next room and the hallway mid-night.

The facility was clean, staff couldn’t have been nicer, breakfast was good.

Be careful which room you get - mine was on the street and never got a good night sleep - street noise until 2 am - the hotel was booked so I couldn’t change rooms.

A Great Value in Arezzo

Great location, close to train station and old town sights. Wonderful breakfast with healthy options. Very kind and helpful staff. This hotel is a great value- I will book again on next trip to Arezzo.

Loved the parades and the jousting.

Location for the jousting events was perfect. Great breakfasts.

Mold in the shower. Standing in the shower to pee. Having our feet in the shower while sitting on the toilet. Get rid of the bidet and move the toilet. The a/c was just adequate. If it had been hot like a week ago it would have been very uncomfortable in the room.

A regular 3 star hotel

It’s a regular 3 star hotel. Nothing extra. Despite renovation, you could see it’s not fully renovated

The balcony of other rooms opened into my balcony. The problem was it wasn’t safe. Even if you lock the door, someone could easily open it. Also no parking available. You should pay €15 extra for parking and walk 5 minutes to the hotel with your luggage. I guess I wouldn’t go back to that hotel again…

The staff were lovely and the room was fine, but it was unbearably hot.

It was clean. The problem was that the air conditioning was completely inadequate.

Ok for one night

Location - close to station and shopping district

Basic rooms but reasonable shower and towels - for one night stay its ok but bed was very hard and staff not helpful. Do NOT get breakfast there - much better coffee next door !

The hotel manager scared us rude and lunactic

Location close to center

The owner / manager Claudia she literally yelled at us when checking in us and her employee . Our check in was done with an employee then we asked a question regarding the parking agreement the manager Claudia popped up out of now where and started yelling at us that was ridiculous… no reason at all we were totally surprised she cut her employee who started to answer . Looks like she was rolling out of her bed she is a lunatic and should change career not work in the hospitality field . She didn’t say hello pushed her employee on the side to take over the computer to check our booking and name instead of talking to us then started yelling . She is a lunatic we didn’t feel comfortable and safe after this incident she is a lunatic will never come back …

My preferred option to stay in Arezzo

Perfect location - very close to both city center and railway station. Super nice staff. Comfortable and new rooms with everything one needs.

clean and quiet rooms. flexible check in time. very nice elevator. excellent recommendations for dinner & Gelato.

shower portion only came out part way, so bathroom floor got wet. not sure if we had a/c or just a fan, as there were no temperature settings, just minimum to maximum.

I was happy with the hotel as I was travelling alone and it was my first time in the city.

The location was excellent as it was near the train station and the antique market. The beds were good with nice cotton sheets.

The sound proofing between the rooms could be better. The first night I was there, a person on my floor was snoring so loud that everyone could hear them.

Clean but noisy

The location was good because it is positioned between the station and the main sites. The room was super-clean.

I know a central position means some noise, but the location of more than one street bar immediately below my 1st-floor window meant that noise was excessive. The hotel could perhaps take steps to ensure the windows and shutters close properly (they didn't) to help block as much of the noise as possible.

Great positioned hotel in one of our favourite Cities. First time to Arezzo but will return again.

The hotel was perfect. Great central position to the sights. Breakfast was lovely and staff were excellent.

Simple, nice hotel, exceptionally clean and with very friendly staff. Great location for visiting the historical centre and within short walking distance from the train station. Great discount with a car park nearby. Fresh cornetti for breakfast. Wifi is super. First quality towels.

Excellent location, great breakfast

Located right downtown Arezzo, it was very convenient to visit the city. Breakfast was excellent. The person who welcomed us was very nice and provided touristic information.

Parking was 350m away from the hotel. When we, guided by our GPS, drove into the street in front of the hotel, we were told this was a pedestrian area (which was very badly indicated on the sign of a building).

In the heart of all the attractions, excellent staff and a great sense of welcome!

The location was excellent, not only for the train station, but almost (except for a few yards!) right in the middle of all of the attractions. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast was lovely, a good variety, the WiFi was good and the room was quite and comfortable.

Very cute hotel in a good location.

Nice location, close to the center and a supermarket. Bathroom was very comfortable and so was the bedroom.

Breakfast could be better and start earlier. Also, room doors made a lot of noise, you kept hearing neighbors banging doors.

It’s sad to say, but one staff member really did ruin an entire stay. It was a terrible experience for myself and the others who stayed at the same time as me.

We are ready to come again:))

Breakfast was great, especially the croissants! The location of the hotel was super convenient in terms of transport links and superb in terms of location with the historic part of the city.

For a part of participants of our group was uncomfortable to sleep in a common bed. It will be better to have there a single beds in double room, too.
