Excellent Value for Money in Arezzo
It's clean, modern room with shared bathroom and access to a kitchen with a refrigerator. Located near the center of Arezzo within walking distance to a supermarket. Host was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the city.

With lovely renovations, a comfortable bed and quiet location, Aretium was fine for a single night.
I arrived late after a train delay, but Leonardo arrived promptly with keys, etc, after a phone call. My room was a single with shared bathrooms, small, basic, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The two shared bathrooms were conveniently unoccupied when I needed them. Recent renovations in the bathrooms, shared kitchen, and bedroom generated a fresh, modern feel, and everything worked! The location (about 15 minutes walk from the train station and bordering the historical centre) suited me, but with heavy luggage, a taxi may be necessary. Leonardo was very helpful.
A small establishment where provisions were minimal - soap, an empty fridge, and tea bags. Inconvenient for a late-night arrival, but close enough to cafes, bars, and restaurants in the old town centre. No bathmat, and the towel was like sandpaper!

Perfetta anche per chi arriva in macchina, con molti parcheggi disponibili nelle vicinanze. L’host è stato super accogliente e sempre disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo!

部屋の暖房がなかったので、電話したら一晩中エアコンの風がでてくるばかりで少しも温度があがらなかったヨーロッパの冬で暖房がちゃんとできていないのはありえない 共通のバスルームから半裸の男性がでてきて驚いた。宿泊客の質が酷い。シャンプーや石鹸もなく困った。
