A reliable, comfortable, and exceptionally clean B&B for your time in Arezzo.
My partner and I booked this B&B at the last minute, and it turned out to be the perfect find for our brief stay in Arezzo. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly clean the entire place was—spotless, honestly. It felt well-maintained and cared for, which is a huge comfort when travelling. The room itself was instantly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the room was quiet enough to ensure we got a great sleep. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and we appreciated the little touches that made the space feel welcoming. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed our coffee out on the terazzo. The location was great for exploring the city center without being right in the middle of the bustle. If you need a reliable, comfortable, and exceptionally clean base for your time in Arezzo, this B&B is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended for couples or solo travellers looking for value and quality!

Struttura accogliente, pulita, con gli spazi comuni carinissimi e con tutto l'occorrente; come ovunque con piccoli accorgimenti si può migliorare, ad esempio uno sgabello dove potersi sedere e uno dove poggiare una valigia da fare e disfare sarebbe utile.
Un po' fuori mano e con nemmeno la consolazione che questo ti aiuti a trovare parcheggio.

La camera è bellissima molto pulita e ben riscaldata,volendo c'è un ottima cucina in comune attrezzata. La posizione è vicina al centro dove noi abbiamo visitato i mercatini di natale.

Soggiorno piacevole a prezzi contenuti
Pulita e moderna. Siamo arrivati ad Arezzo per vedere i mercatini di Natale ma non siamo arrivati subito alla stanza. Abbiamo preferito visitare da subito i mercatini e dal momento che la struttura non dispone di una reception ma di un sistema moderno per prendere le chiavi, non c'è stato bisogno di rispettare alcun orario se non quello del check out. Molto pratico ed efficace.

Pulito e confortevole, posizione eccezionale.
La posizione è molto comoda, si può anche arrivare in centro a piedi. Posizione comoda anche per chi deve andare al centro fieristico. Camera pulita, confortevole e con possibilità di effettuare colazione nella sala comune. Ombrelli all’ingresso disponibili per gli ospiti. Mihaela è molto gentile e pronta per ogni esigenza.
