Very nice

The place is at the bottom of the old city. Good location but you have to take into considuration that getting to the main squares requires a climb. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was on the first floor, the other rooms are on higher floors without an elevator and climbing high stairs. You have to take this into account when you have heavy suitcases. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception even though we had indicated our arrival time. We called and only then did something arrive at the reception.

Very cozy place, good value for money

Beautiful Location, all the amenities were good. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was full with a variety. Steep stairs, but front office staff helped us with the luggage

There was no mini fridge in the room, no chairs on the balcony and no noise isolation - we could hear people showering and brushing their teeth

The warm welcome, the friendly and polite staff, the tastefully decorated hotel and room and the generous breakfast. Last but not least, the perfect location right in the centre of the city. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The bathroom was a little small for a large person, but I managed! The fact that there is no lift may be a problem for some of your guests, especially if their room is in n the top floor as mine was.

This is a beautifully restored house, very tastefully decorated. It's location could not be better, very central. Breakfast was really very good, big selection of sweet and savoury.

The floors in the room and bathroom could be cleaner, they weren't dirty as such, just not swept or hoovered.

Would recommend this property

The location was excellent for exploring Arezzo and not too far from the train station (about 15 minutes walk) The breakfast was good and plentiful, the property had character and was clean and comfortable and a reasonable price. The guy who met us was polite and friendly and carried one of our cases up to the room as we were on the second floor

Everything was good, but be aware if you have heavy cases then the rooms are all up at least one flight of stairs, so be prepared for that

The location is next to a big parking so it easy to get here by car. It is on one of the Main Street of Arezzo. Shops and restaurants are all around. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

There was a bad odour at the entrance maybe because it is an old building….

It didn’t take long to discover this was a very nice place to stay. Our host was lovely, the breakfast was great, the room was quiet and comfortable, water pressure was fine and it was centrally located. What more would you want?

unique 4 storey 18th Century. we lived on top floor (lots of exercise!!) staff (Fabio and Simon’s) were brilliant. Positioned in the middle of lovely Arezzo.

I liked everything about the property, gorgeous interior, fabulous location, amazing helpful staff who went above and beyond. They even offered to make is breakfast even though breakfast had finished sometime earlier.

The only thing that troubled me very slightly was the noise from the other clients above our room even though there is a clear sign explaining to guests to keep the noise down (as the place it's very echo-y)

The mattress (or bed itself) was making constantly noises when turning around, like if something were broken?!? We forgot to mention that when checking out. But should get fixed!!

there could have been a broader variety for breakfast. It was very delicious, good cakes, fruits and bakeries but no cereals or joghurt or so.
