La posizione; la possibilità di garage per auto/moto.
La stanza non è una stanza: è un locale commerciale/garage riadattato. Non ci sono finestre, non c’è ricircolo d’aria; l’unica luce naturale è dalla porta di ingresso, ma essendo la stanza piuttosto profonda si sta sempre in penombra, a meno di non lasciare la porta aperta. Insufficiente anche, e soprattutto, il ricircolo di aria nel bagno.
Letto molto economico, non particolarmente comodo.
