Check in lady was rude and aggressive

Not much

The receptionist was very rude, aggressive and she forgot to leave my friends key at the reception so when they arrived at 11pm, they had to wait another 45mins to get into the room after they sent the on duty manager to drive back to the hotel. I made double sure everything was ready and she said yes, but she didn't do this. Also the aircon in our room wasn't working and I went to the lobby 2 times to try to fix it but no one could help. Very disappointing

Friendly and service orientated staff. Rooms very clean and in a very good condition. Our Kids loved the pool, Parking very easy, even with a larger car. The Restaurant offers a good selection of italian food. We will book again for sure if the pricing remain on the same level.

Surprisingly fantastic!

The staff were excellent. Super helpful in both the hotel and restaurant. It was also only an easy 20 minute walk from the Centro. We were really, really happy with our stay. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, but at the price the room was amazing even with out it.

Very good

The pool is the great, but maybe opens a little late at 0930. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was an excellent size for two adults and two teenage children. Everyone had their own space. Breakfast was a lot more plentiful than I had anticipated. Free, safe parking was on site, behind a security gate. It's a 20minute walk into the centre , which means it is a very quiet area of town. This is a perfect hotel for someone touring or coming to do some swim / triathlon training

Beds were too hard for 3 out of 4 of the group. (I thought they were fine)

Really liked it

We liked the spacious room, the wonderful restaurant and the care that we received from all the staff. The site was easily accessible from the motorway and the parking on the grounds was secure and spacious. You would need several days to visit a small part of Arezzo and the location of this hotel makes it easy to get to the center of town. The home made cooking was just amazing.

Excellent place

Great size family room, very spacious and good air con in both levels. Loads of space. Pool was great as well. Very quiet inside and ideal location 5 minute drive from city centre car parks.

Breakfast a bit basic but good. A mini fridge would have been useful for the room.

The best way to relax in Azerro

Great rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast was diverse and sufficient. Staff was super friendly and helpful, both at the reception as well as at the pool. We had a really wonderful time there, and enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi and the big pool. The only regret we had is that we couldn't spend more time there.

Happy Days

Everything was very good, the room / pool / food were all excellent. The area is quiet and the hotel was also quiet while the staff were very halpful.

I was travelling on a motorcycle, the sat-nav sent me to the correct destination but the sign only said Sport College, hotel was not on any signage. Which made me think I was in the wrong place. Had to ask around to be told it was also a hotel.

Best hotel and service ever!

The best place ever and the nicest persons doing everything to make our stay as best as possible. Lovely familyowned hotel with the cutest little dog meeting us in the reception which the kids loved a lot. Great food! Nice atmosphere. Because of a taxi strike when leaving we were not able to get to the trainstation and they offered to drive us themselves! What a service! Love this hotel and the people here. We will certainly visit them again....Chiao:-)
