Good

Peaceful, quiet setting with constant, attractive birdsong, and few people. I enjoyed the company of the staff and all the guests who stayed a much shorter duration than I did . It was handy for the centre of Arezzo for meeting friends. Arezzo is like a second home for me; I spent much of my early athletics career there. I was able to relax and read at the property which was great.

Unfortunately, the changing patterns of weather affected me badly, driven by climate change. This hampered my training and enjoyment of my stay. Also the train from Munich to Arezzo was stalled in Verona for ninety minutes without any means of contacting anyone. Not a great start . I did roll up very tired at the property Both of these paragraphs do not imply criticism of the property. Perhaps the breakfast could be made more substantial, but that's a minor quibble.

our stay in Arezzo was great and the B&B was big plus! The location very close to the centre made possible to forget the car! The rooms had generous size with high quality bathrooms and finitures. The breakfast was good and the personnel was very nice, welcoming, flexible and helpful

Very very nice . Consigliato per visitare Arezzo e dintorni.

I hadn't breakfast because covid rules. Rooms are new and nice. The owner is very well organised and kind. Rooms are hell , clean , the location isn't charming but it's possible to walk to Arezzo historical centre. Near to supermarket and to the public indoor swimming pool

La habitación era agradable.

La atención pésima. Me iban a cobrar las dos noches cuando ya me habían descontado de la tarjeta el valor de la primera noche, el señor que me recibió primero burletero y luego muy grosero, llamó a una señora a consultarle y le pegó un grito estruendoso, yo le dije que solo me quedaba una noche y me dijo que al otro día me tenía que ir a las 10am, no había internet y me tocó salir en medio del intenso frio a buscar un sitio con WiFi para buscar hotel para la siguiente noche y algo de comer pues en los alrededores no hay nada. El secador de pelo escasamente echaba aire. Sin desayuno.

Ho soggiornato una notte in una stanza molto pulita e dotata di tutto l'occorrente. Comoda partenza per andare a piedi in centro, circa 10 minuti. Parcheggio comodissimo adiacente la struttura.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo una notte nella struttura in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Struttura collocata a 15 min di distanza a piedi dal centro. Proprietaria gentile e affidabile. Camera dotata di tutto l’occorrente. Super consigliata!!!

A poca distanza dal centro un'oasi di tranquillità. Stanza confortevole in tutto, moderna e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo, colazione ottima. Parcheggio auto gratuito in strada ma praticamente privato

La posizione e la pulizia

1* asciugamani , in due notti non sono stati cambiati ( abbiamo fatto presente il secondo giorno. Regole del Beb , ha detto la referente) 2* camera senza zanzariere, ( la notte passata a cercare le zanzare ) 3* i bagno schiuma cantati per una persona è un giorno solo ) abbiamo dovuto chiederli .4* abbiamo cercato il referente e non si trovava alle 18 circa di sabato , dopo 2 chiamate al telefono, andate a vuoto , non ci ha mai richiamato.

il frigo presente in camera è un accessorio che nn sempre è disponibile nei b&b. Per il resto, nulla da eccepire, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Fijn verblijf in het groen

Goede kamer met airco. Zeer vriendelijke host. Rustige ligging.

Ik vond de afstand naar Arezzo nèt iets te ver. Wellicht ook door de zeer hoge temperaturen. Er rijden wel bussen, niet veel, ik had daar misschien eerder naar opzoek moeten gaan.
