Great location, just at the corner with Corso Italia The building has an elevator, since the B&B is at the 1st floor. Room is spacious and clean. There is a small fridge in the hallway common with the other guests . It was very nice to find coffee machine w k-cups, boiler with tea bags and cookies in the kitchen at any time. Room is clean and spacious. Very good breakfast.
The only thing is the parking. It works well if you have a super light luggage since you have to walk 300-600 meters from the parkings to the B&B and parking is Euro 25/day. So not a good place if you have a lots of luggage. But for a short stay is highly recommended.

Nettes B&B in guter Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich neu und (bis auf die kleine Dusche) hübsch und funktional.
Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist etwas schwierig, weil man in der belebten Straße vor dem Hotel nicht parken kann. Es gibt dann aber Parkhäuser in der Umgegend. Wir waren zunächst etwas enttäuscht, dass es kein Frühstück gab, aber dafür erhielten wir Voucher für eine nette Bar gegenüber. Kein Problem.

Wat een prachtige B&B om te verblijven.
Gelegen aan Via Roma in het centrum, hier heb je overigens geen last van alles is perfect geïsoleerd
De kamers zijn ook voorzien van rolluiken.
Gabrielle is echt een top host.
Het ontbijt is geweldig.
Overdag kun je koffie of thee zetten.
Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd.
Kamer was schoon genoeg handdoeken.
De airco is met warm weer erg fijn.
Arezzo is een prachtige stad met heerlijke restaurants en terrasjes.
Dit is echt een aanrader
