Lovely place, great location, charming host

Vey nicely done room and decent bathroom. Sara was a lovely host and I was glad to be able to chat with her in Italian over breakfast each morning.

The room could have done with being a bit bigger but was adequate for just one person.

Amazing location in the heart of Arezzo centro storico, cozy room with a comfy bed, big bathroom. Sara is a great host who made me feel at home. Next time I would stay there again.

As a recommendation, it would be more convenient if there was a bin in the room too and not only one in the bathroom.

The breakfast was excellent! Our hostess Sarah is very kind and helpful, including assistance in booking appointments and helping with a dinner reservation. Location was excellent, and the room was very quiet.

A wonderful place to stay in Arezzo.

Sara is a wonderful host. The B&B is on 1st floor, close to the Duomo, although nothing is far in Arezzo. My breakfast, each morning was delicious. The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable. It is a delightful place to stay.

Everything was perfect, we were nicely welcome, the room was spacious as well as the bathroom, the apartment was very cosy and well situated. Guests have to put their car just outside the center but there is a lift to the top (but you can also take your car almost in front of the B&B to unload your suitcase).

Nicely decorated and spacious room. Sara is a very welcoming host. Very good breakfast. Located in the centre of Arezzo, with many sights and restaurants nearby.

The central location also means it's a bit far (and partly uphill) from the station.

Feels like home

Walking distance from the train station and city center. The lady host was very careful about every aspect of the location; it felt like we stayed in her home. Very good breakfast, we were asked at arrival what kind of breakfast we want: sweet or savory.

The location is really uphill; I didn't find anywhere this info, but maybe I just didn't see it.

Nice quiet place in the old town

Well situated, near all the main sights. Large bathroom with tub and very clean. The owner was also very helpful and provided good advice on things to do and see around Arezzo.

Superb

Sara was a great host, her B&B is right in the center of Arezzo, great location. Free parking no more than 10 min walk, escalators would take you up the hill to the town. But can be busy. B&B is a 3 bedrooms flat in lovely old building converted into bed and breakfast. Had a nice breakfast, wish we could stay longer as loved Arezzo.

Room maybe bit on smaller side, but guess that's reflected in price.

A very pleasant stay in a cozy historic town

Lovely breakfast room, and carefully decorated rooms. Breakfast was well organized within Covid restrictions. Very good location, within a few minutes walk of all sights and restaurants.

Arezzo being a medieval town, driving and parking are a problem. However, it is quite easy to drive near the property to unload, and then park outside city walls (500 metres walk, not too pleasant with a bit more luggage).

Struttura situata a pochi passi dal centro storico , stanza spaziosa materasso comodo e ampio bagno . In camera era presente un bollitore con assortimento di te e acqua. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato dei cioccolatini sul letto come benvenuto. Colazione servita dalla signora Sara , abbondante e varia con prodotti sia confezionati che di pasticceria . Sara si preoccupa di fornire tutte le informazioni sulla città e sui ristoranti , molto socievole e a disposizione

A due passi dal Duomo, l' accoglienza è stata meravigliosa; Sara ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come ottimizzare il nostro tempo ad Arezzo, sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti. Stanza carina, silenziosa e pulizia impeccabile, colazione deliziosa con dolci preparati da Sara... assolutamente consigliato!!! Se potessi gli darei sei stelle!!!!!
