the location wasn’t to far from the city centre and I could easily walk from the train station and the town to the hotel. The host was friendly and everything was clean, air conditioning, good bed. The best part was the restaurant that I discovered at the hotel, the food and wine was amazing.

Ottima posizione, a circa 1,5 km dal centro di Arezzo Parcheggio privato all'aperto Letto comodo, stanza grande con divano.

Mancanza del frigo in camera. Doccia senza box e piatto doccia, ma con una tenda.

i Gelsi e Arezzo

Il plus della struttura lo fa sicuramente la Signora Paola, gentilissima, disponibilissima. Il "condominio" è effettivamente un condominio, a circa 1,5 Km da Arezzo. La camera è molto grande e il letto comodissimo

La doccia, trovare una soluzione per non bagnare tutto il pavimento visto che il “piatto doccia”non c’è. Non ti danno L’asciugamani per bidet, né il tappetino quando esci dalla doccia, devi chiederle. Un po’ di manutenzione del bagno, porta rotolo quasi caduto, scarico doccia non fissato a terra infine la tavoletta andrebbe cambiata per gialla nei bordi.

Gute Unterkunft für Arezzo und die Umgebung

Ein schönes, relativ großes Zimmer, das neben der Standardausstattung zusätzlich ein Sofa bietet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man nicht nur Arezzo, sondern auch die Umgebung erkunden möchte. Bis zur Piazza Grande sind es vielleicht 20 Minuten. Man kann direkt vor der Unterkunft kostenlos parken, und die Autobahn ist schnell erreicht. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es ein sehr brauchbares Restaurant. Der Quartiergeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es hat alles gepasst. Als Verbesserung könnte lediglich der Duschvorhang im Bad durch eine Duschkabine ersetzt werden, auch wenn der Vorhang vergleichsweise effektiv funktioniert hat und große Überschwemmungen im Bad ausblieben.

Staff cordiale e disponibile, ottima posizione sia per la clinica che per visitare Arezzo

Personale gentilissimo, hanno prontamente trovato una soluzione ad una nostra esigenza improvvisa. Il Centro Chirurgico Toscano si trova nella via attigua, ed è molto comodo anche il ristorante aperto di sera all’interno del condominio, dove si mangia bene e si spende poco. Ottima soluzione anche per visitare il centro di Arezzo, raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. La camera è spaziosa, il letto e cuscini molto confortevoli, il quartiere è tranquillo e silenzioso. Accanto c’è un bel supermercato. Apprezzato anche il parcheggio interno.

Signora disponibile e cordiale,in ritardo di oltre un ora rispetto l'orario comunicato causa maltempo,la signora al telefono mi dice che non ci sono problemi.arrivo,trovo facilmente parcheggio,luci autimatiche lungo tutti i corridoi,stanza grande e pulita,aria condizionata efficiente ( non èsempre cosi scontato) Non è lussuoso ma ce tutto quello che serve.non so se è presente il wifi,a me non serviva,siamo nel 2023 e i giga li hanno tutti. Stanza,almeno la mia,bella spaziosa e pulita,disimpegno e bagno abbastanza grande e in ordine.ottimo,almeno per me,il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se dovessi ripassare da Arezzo,pernottero nuovamente.

Unico neo,se proprio devo trovarne 1 è la mancanza di un armadio chiuso. Attenzione x chi va a letto presto. Rumori provenienti dal ristorante sottostante ( che consiglio ) rumori che comunque entro le 22.30 23.00 cessano.
