Stink and untidy

It is my first completely negative review on Booking. I can understand that the accommodation is cheap, however it should be possible to spend a night without problems. When I entered the room the odor was strong and it didn't disappeared even after having opened all the windows. The bed was untidy so I didnt have a trust I had to spend night laying on the towel. The room was untidy I saw a dirt in the corners.

Comfortable and great value.

Very friendly and helpful owner, the hotel is great value for money and within easy walking distance of the centre of Arezzo. The room was clean and comfortable with a ceiling fan which cooled the room nicely even in June. Would thoroughly recommend and Arezzo is a fantastic historic city.

My Stay was really short but it was Good.

It’s very close to the city center, 2 mins walk to a bus stop, 15-19 mins walk to the Train station. And opposite the Hotel is a Tanking station to tank your cars. And parking I guess was free.

No welcome drink. Usually a bottle of water should have been given to Guest at arrivals considering the price and tax payments. My thinking tho!!!

Lovely place to stay in Arezzo.

Ideally situated in a genuine neighborhood just a short walk from the historical center of Arezzo. The proprietor was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the room very clean and comfortable.

Had a good sleep. The staff was very friendly. The sheets were clean. Please note that this is very budget accommodation.

The toilet (high) and sink were for disabled people (although this was not stated anywhere, and we didn't need it). The smell in the room was of cigarettes, although I have to admit that we chose the 'anyway' option when choosing a smoking room (even though we don't smoke). The shower cabin is full of black fungus. But for the price, we survived one night.

Little bit far away from city center, check in was just from 17.00, it was not possible to come before, but in booking was information that check in 14.00, it’s not correct. Also you can not buy even water in hotel, not breakfast

Clean and basic. Perfect for a one/two-night stay.

Both the bedroom and the shared bathroom were very clean and warm. It was a perfect one-night stay, close to the city-center.

The furniture was quite basic and the walls were a little bit too thin, so I could ear other people inside the surrounding bedrooms talking and laughing. But on the whole it was tolerable.

The person at the reception was very very very kind

The shower in the bathroom was not properly clean. The check-out is not as informed on this site (I understand covid restrictions, but the information has to be updated, or at least they should warn the guests beforehand, not when are taking a shower in the morning).

Great price, good location

The hotel is located right outside the old town on a busy street so the traffic noise was a bit annoying. The room was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The rate is unbeatable and very good.

Since they do not provide breakfast, it would be good to have a small fridge in the room.
