Overall, great value for our needs.
Great value for our needs. Walkable to many restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. We thought the location was great. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Balcony was a nice feature.
Although our room was non-smoking, the common areas of the guest house smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Left some items in the shared refrigerator which were taken by other guests.

I was very happy that my room was exactly the one I saw when I booked! The staff very kind and helpful in explaining all the possibilities to reach easily the Guest house whether from railroad or car. The Poggio del Sole is located in one of the best spot in Arezzo, behind an ancient palace dated probably 1500! A quite place to relax because far from the daily traffic. I visit Arezzo quite often during the year and I think I have found the right place to stay. Best regards

Esperienza piacevole
Posizione comoda vicino a stazione e centro storico. Ampio parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze (4€/giorno se ricordo bene). Accoglienza eccellente da parte della proprietaria. Camera spaziosa e cucina comune disponibile.
Materassi non molto comodi. Infissi esterni da manutenere. Assenza di aria condizionata, problematica in certi periodi.

La struttura è un po' datata, in edificio con qualche barriera architettonica (scalini vari, ascensore con porte manuali)
