Beautiful, cozy home away from home.

It was a beautiful apartment, with a nice big bedroom, a big bathroom and a little kitchen corner. Everything was there that you needed. The hosts were very nice.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It’s just a bit of a walk from the historic center, but not too far.

The host was amazing!! He went out of this way to make the stay amazing for me, was very accommodating and super sweet! The room was bigger than expected it's essentially a little apartment leading into a common dining room, his wife is very nice too :)

A good place to stay in Arezzo!

We had booked another accommodation but due to a technical problem, we were transferred to Giglio. Booking was very efficient in re-accommodating us right away. We were welcomed by Luis who offered us a map and gave us tips about the city. The B&B is well located within walking distance of the historic center of Arezzo. There are several restaurants, public transport and a supermarket near by. The bedroom is comfortable, as is the bathroom. The internet is fast. Breakfast is very simple, consisting of fruit juice, coffee, bread, biscuits and jams.

The negative points: on our arrival we parked in a parking lot next door and took the parking ticket. When we arrived at the apartment, Luis told us that we couldn't have taken the ticket. Because of this, we should pay 10 euros. Okay, we paid. But, we got the bad impression that something wasn't right. The second point is that the fridge doesn't work. It would be nice if they have cups for water and an electric kettle for tea.

Great stay in Arezzo

Antonio is an excellent host. He made us feel at home in his great apartment, and gave us many great advice on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was very nice with many sweet options, and doing it in the terrace was amazing. We had large luggage so we did not like the free parking where you have to walk a bit, so we used the parking garage next to it and had to pay just 7.50Euro for it, which was good value. The room we stayed in was very nice too.

B&b fantastico, posizione eccellente, accoglienza super,ho soggiornato per un solo giorno,ma devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo,ci tornerò di sicuro.una camera fornita da un piccolo corridoio,una piccolo angolo cottura fornito del necessario,come benvenuto acqua degli snack e il necessario per tisane e caffè.un bel bagno doppio lavabo e una bella doccia ,un letto comodo e due cuscini soffici.insomma io lo consiglio.francesca

Arezzo vale la pena di una visita e il Giglio d'Oro è un ottimo punto di partenza.

L'appartamento è appena fuori le mura del centro storico che è visitabile con una piacevole passeggiata. Comodissimo il garage a 10 metri. Antonio è un host perfetto: gentile, disponibile e competente; conosce bene la città e i dintorni e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni per una piacevole vacanza. Se è bel tempo vi servirà la colazione su una terrazza che vedrete, vi stupirà. Assolutamente consigliato.

Comodo per arrivarci e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo, pulito, ampio, tranquillo e confortevole.

La piazza Grande di Arezzo, vista senza mercatini, è un sogno meraviglioso.

La posizione ideale per visitare la città, il garage a prezzo contenuto vicinissimo alla struttura, la simpatia e la gentilezza del proprietario, persona aperta e incline ad un rapporto amicale. La struttura ha il sapore di un tempo che fu ma è in ottime condizioni. Dispone, però anche di una zona più moderna. La colazione poi, abbondante, è servita in un terrazzo meraviglioso. La risposta immediata ad ogni esigenza ha contribuito a scegliere questa struttura come tappa da intercalare a lunghi spostamenti nord sud.

Quando una cosa ti piace un cambiamento forse potrebbe peggiorarla.

Eccellente posizione a due passi dal centro, mobilio d'epoca perfettamente restaurato, la camera è piuttosto un mini appartamento dotato di cucina e bagno gigantesco. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Ce n'è uno custodito a letteralmente due passi, a 10 euro per 24 ore. Altrimenti, strisce blu in zona.

Ho fatto colazioni migliori, ma non si può avere tutto.

Antonio è un host eccezionale: accogliente, disponibile e gentilissimo. L’appartamento è bello, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto il necessario (e anche di più!). Si respira un’atmosfera familiare e rilassante. Una tappa davvero consigliata per chi passa da Arezzo: noi ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gemütliches Zimmer mit Privatsphäre

Fotos entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Antonio ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und hat sich auch wenn er mal nicht da war per WhatsApp um Anliegen gekümmert. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns in der Küchenzeile gefehlt (scharfes Messer, Schneidebrett) aber auch hier hat Antonio geholfen. :)

Unica piccola nota dolente: il parcheggio non è comodissimo, ma vista la posizione centrale è comprensibile. In ogni caso, il proprietario ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove lasciare l’auto, dimostrandosi ancora una volta molto disponibile. Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, di passaggio verso sud, ma è stata una sosta davvero piacevole. Accoglienza al top. Consigliato!

Consigliatissimo! Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti da questo alloggio. Fin dal primo momento, il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibilissimo, aiutandoci persino a trovare la struttura prima dell’arrivo. Grande gentilezza anche nell’accoglienza del nostro cane: per me, che sono un addestratore e ho un cane da soccorso, è stato un aspetto molto apprezzato. Inoltre, pur essendo celiaco, ho trovato attenzione e cura: anche se non mi sono stati forniti prodotti specifici, qualche dolcetto non mancava mai! Tutto era pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. Ci siamo fermati solo per una notte, di passaggio verso sud, ma è stata una sosta davvero piacevole. Lo consiglio vivamente!
