An ideal stay in central Arezzo

Very comfortable and very clean b&b. Ideally located in the middle of centro storico but surprisingly quiet. Also not far from the railway station,we walked both ways. Our lovely spacious bedroom was very well equipped ( in the bedroom :fridge, kettle,good choice of herb teas etc ) and in the ( quirky) common room a coffee maker and cool water dispenser+ lots of useful maps and tourist info leaflets. What we also really loved was the place round the corner where we were sent for breakfast with a token to exchange. This café / pasticeria ( "Borgo S. Piero" ) is sooo nice and authentic ,with a great choice of pastries/ cakes and the owners ever so kind and friendly.

The owner of the b&b is quite welcoming albeit maybe overzealous? The Piazza Grande is truly a beautiful square even more for lovers of the film La Vita é Bella like us. Shame about some of the restaurants / cafés around it ...

Wonderul B&B, kind and generous host and an utterly beautiful historic town.

This B&B is aboslutely wonderul. Everything was perfect and the host so generous, even a cooled water fountain in the communal room, pod coffee machine and so much more. Maurizio our host was equally wonderful,, a mine of excellent knowledge of, and a passion for beautiful Arezzo. He was also very kind and generous to us with his time and his communication with us was excellent, especially on arrival, departure etc. This fabulous B&B is in the heart of the historic centre of Arezzo and a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Piazza Grande where we had a gorgeous breakfast each morning overlooking the piazza. Thank you Maurizio. June and Rob, Australia.

The location is excellent, near the big square in the old town. And also 700 meters from the train and car rental companies. Maurizio is very kind and hospitable, recommended us restaurants and places to visit. The room is heated, very clean, spacious. Highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay in Arezzo

I liked really EVERYTHING!!!!!wonderful place to stay in Arezzo, super taste in any small detail, very comfortable beds, good quality facilities. And - of course - Maurizio was the best possible owner, who wants and knows to help!!!!!

Fantastic stay in middle of Arezzo

Maurizio, the B&B host, is wonderful! The location also could not be better- right in the center with wonderful restaurants in just minutes (or less!). The B&B room had air conditioning too which was great in the July heat.

A gem in Arezzo

Everything... especially the incredible warmth and hospitality of our host Maurizio. Not only were we kindly picked up by at the train station, but we were given a wealth of historical and cultural information about Arezzo , places to visit and tips on where to dine. Beautiful clean room and fantastic location. Highly recommended!

The host was super duper helpfull! Never experienced such a service and being picked up at the train station. The breakfast was also super cute and pretty tasty!

walls were thin to the street so a bit noicy… beds was a bit hard and the shower took pretty long to become warm.

Fabulous host, room, location.

Everything was fabulous. Our host arrived just minutes after we did. We locked our bikes in the lobby. The B&B common area was huge (as was our room/bathroom). He gave me a map and pointed out points of interest as well as recommendations for restaurants. We had a refrigerator and kettle in our room and could use the espresso maker in the common area. Breakfast at a local bar was included and excellent. The location was awesome - just a block from the main Piazza. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The attentiveness of the owner. Maurizio picked me up at the train station and connected me with an excellent tour guide. If I was traveling with my family this place would have been very nice. Excellent location.

I thought I was having a breakfast at the B and B. That was not the case. I had to go elsewhere. Also, as a solo traveler I did not like being in a floor all by myself. I was the only one in the B and B. The owner lived elsewhere.

The accommodation is located in the historic center of Arezzo, where parking is not possible. But the host provided information about where to find (free) parking and even picked us up from the parking lot (about 700 m away). For breakfast (which was not possible on site because of corona regulations) we received a voucher for a bar nearby.

Position in the city centre, comfort, kindness of the host. If you come by car and as the place is in a traffic-restricted area, Maurizio will pick you up or guide through the streets. Just call him in advance.

If there is one place to stay in Arezzo, it's this one.

Property owner Maurizio is a town-savvy and engaging person, he made the impossible to make us feel at home after picking us up with his car from our parking spot in the outskirts. The room was a beautiful, romantic and crisp clean suite, with windows looking over a lively restaurant street. Due to COVID restrictions there was no reception nor procedural checkout, but Maurizio explained everything during our first and only meeting, provided us with a map and a detailed historical account of Arezzo's landmarks in addition to useful touring tips. If we ever come back, we will definitely be staying here again!

There is not much to complain about, considering the circumstances during which we had to travel. We are used to continental breakfasts and a more substantial 'colazione' would have probably been our preference, but it is only a subjective appreciation as we insist - this B&B's hospitality is simply excellent.

La struttura è situata in un palazzo d'epoca in pieno centro storico, a pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni culturali della città. È vicinissima a svariate osterie, trattoria, bar e caffè. Il proprietario è estremamente cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni utili e storiche. Ottima la colazione in un bar a pochi metri dallo stabile. Inoltre in stanza sono disponibili un bollitore e bustine per tè, caffè. Ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo.

POSIZIONE: Ottima, a pochi passi dal Corso prinicipale e da piazza Grande, ed in generale da tutte le maggiori attrazioni da visitare. STAFF: Molto gentile, il proprietario è venuto a prenderci alla stazione e ci ha parlato in lungo e in largo della storia di Arezzo fornendoci consigli su cosa visitare ed i locali dove andare. CAMERA: spaziosa, pulita, letto comodo, temperatura giusta. COLAZIONE: E' possibile effettuarla in un bar convenzionato vicino alla struttura, direi buona.

Giusto come suggerimento, si potrebbe inserire un appoggio (se possibile) dalla parte destra del letto matrimoniale, ma è giusto un di più.

Accoglienza ottima, titolare gentile e disponibile, pulitissimo e servizi ottimi,molto riguardo nei confronti del cliente.ottima posizione centrale. Colazione inclusa in un bellissimo bar del centro. In stanza c è la possibilità di avere sempre una bevanda calda al rientro. Il titolare è anche disponibile a venire a prendere gli ospiti al parcheggio.consigliatissimo. Se torniamo ad Arezzo sicuramente chiameremo Maurizio.

Bon séjour à Arezzo

Belle chambre confortable , propre et bien équipée. Possibilité de se préparer une boisson chaude. Belle salle commune où l on peut également profiter d équipements ( cafetiere, fontaine à eau..) Beaucoup de documentations disponibles sur la ville. Bonne situation par rapport au centre. Et excellent accueil de Maurizio qui nous a proposé de venir nous chercher et nous ramener à la gare. Très sympathique et chaleureux.

L'accueil était très attentif et prévenant. L'hôte nous a conseillé des parkings et est venu nous chercher. L'emplacement est parfait dans la vieille ville, on peut se déplacer à pieds. Les chambres sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner offert sur la place d'Arezzo.

Ottima struttura, il proprietario ci ha fornito utili indicazioni sui parcheggi, sui punti di interesse della città e suggerimenti turistici. La posizione dell'appartamento consente di visitare comodamente la città e di fare rientro anche durante la giornata per qualche sosta. Colazione offerta dal proprietario in Piazza Grande, oltre a disponibilità di una piccola colazione anche in B&B

B&b molto vicino alla stazione, molto facile da raggiungere a piedi. Colazione ottima, nella piazza principale della città, a pochi metri dal b&B. Paste e cappuccino ottimi. Maurizio, il gestore della struttura, si è rivelato un dispensatore di consigli preziosi; non solo ci è venuto a prendere con la sua macchina in stazione ma si è prodigato ad illustrarci attrazioni e storia di Arezzo. Il b&b si trova inoltre praticamente attaccato a delle ottime osterie, le consiglio tutte
