Travelled with my sister, great spot once we found it. Good location, well equipt, easy to walk everywhere and good safety. Room upgrade was great and the beds were big and comfortable. Good space and kitchen size and wifi worked well. Host was great and helped us with bookings and organised a day trip to the winery for us as well as tasting. Would recommend and will stay here again.

Directions online were a little confusing to get there as they have a few spots for BnB but host met us and let us in early. Room wasnt cleaned or no extra tilet paper while we were there for 4 days. Found a cleaner and asked for more. Would be beneficial to have info on how to use the kitchen stove and only have pans that can be used on the stove there, not some that cant be like currently.

Perfect for a short stay in beautiful Arezzo

This property was in the centre of the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was perfect for our short trip to Arezzo. Simone our host couldn't have been more helpful. We loved it

Incredible experience! The hosts were friendly from minute 1, the room was clean, spacious and tidy. The buffet breakfast with several options to choose from and served on time. I really enjoyed my stay in that place and when I have the opportunity to return to that city I will not think twice and I will stay there again

Great location. Amazing and friendly service. Easy long distance check in. Beautiful apartament. Spacious, great storage, extremely clean, TV, AC, hair dryer, big and comfortable bed, cool lighting.

The bathroom is amazing. I loved it for a night, but if I had been staying a week, I would have preferred a shower instead of the hand shower in the hot tub.

Nice historic property in the heart of Arezzo, if you don’t mind sharing kitchen and seating area

- Great location in the historic center, numerous restaurants and bars nearby - Parking available close by, but a bit expensive and crowded

- I wouldn’t describe it as a “junior suite”, it was a room with private bath and a shared common area - The room had a skylight which couldn’t be covered, it got very bright very early - Common seating and kitchen area was shared among at least 3 rooms - Very poor WiFi, didn’t work in the room at all and was extremely slow in the common area - Check-in was a bit chaotic, the actual address was not clearly communicated

The place is in an ideal location for it is on high Street with a lot of shops. It's only 500m away from the train station.. 1 more plus point restaurant and situated at arms length.

The street of the hotel is an old cobbled street so dragging large luggage is a hassle.

Location, size, charm all great!

Dim light in bathroom, shower dark. Slipped on bathroom step multiple times. Also, close proximity to bars/house parties, partying late night very loud til 2-3 am. Tough to sleep.

Excellent location on Corso Italiana-dead centre of historic Arezzo.Clean,modern property noise cancelling windows and very good communication! My photos don’t do the property justice as the apartment is much brighter! Good modern kitchen in the foyer of the apartment with cooking facilities, oven, coffee machine, good fridge,heavy duty locks on main doors ( but I felt safe throughout my stay). Ten minute walk to station and mostly downhill then flat. Arezzo is a beautiful place with much history, cafes and restaurants The lady who met me at the property was very helpful! Highly recommend this accomodation:)

The original afresh as advertised is t wheee you stay - at first I wasn’t happy but the 3 minute walk to the Corso Italiana property was a better location . You are notified by message to meet at the correct property. No lift but not the properties fault-3 flights of stairs if you’ve got a heavy case or mobility issues.
