iConic Wellness Resort & Spa

PROS: The bed was extremely comfortable The air conditioning work very well Gated location Kind staff Slept well due to the coolness of the room & comfort of the bed.

CONS: Needs new pillows Marginal breakfast buffet, mostly processed foods Use of the jacuzzi, sauna, spa, gym were each an independent fee. Paying for parking in a location of town where it is not warranted. The property feels dated A few areas upon entry were under repair - a fountain or hot tub Much of this could haves been overlooked if we didn’t feel like we were nickeled & dined for every on-site option. Charging a bit more and not having to pay extra for each thing would feel much better. I expected a “wellness” resort to have at least some things included beyond the bed.

Staff very professional, good restaurant, good breakfast etc… I’m definitely Colin back

The room was great. The small pool was lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. No bar area and all staff gone by 8pm. It’s a nice relaxed place just out of Arezzo for a one or two night stay. You have to book all spa things extra such as jacuzzi and sauna. Barrel sauna was 29€ for 1 hour but it was nice and hot. There is a small gym with 4 machines.

You pay extra for facilities that would usually be included in a spa hotel. It’s beautifully laid out but why is the big swimming pool off limits? There is no bar service. Or coffee service although coffee is in the rooms. The gym is not set up for weights workout only cardio.

Clean and comfortable stay. Spacious room!

Staff was not helpful at all. We bought out own food for he night cause the location is far for travellers and they didn’t want us to use their unoccupied microwave to heat it. Breakfast was also very disappointing.
