A beautiful hidden gem
The place is a hidden gem just outside Arezzo, the bedroom and the bathroom are very spacious and very well appointed. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is generous with amazing home made cakes - I do not eat cakes for breakfast but my sister did and she thought they were utterly scrumptious. The place is beautiful spread over a large area with pools and greenery which instantly make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend Iconic Wellness.

Clean and comfortable stay. Spacious room!
Staff was not helpful at all. We bought out own food for he night cause the location is far for travellers and they didn’t want us to use their unoccupied microwave to heat it. Breakfast was also very disappointing.

Payed and not stayed.
The accomodation is in the middle of nowhere , without any lights during the evening to guide you through and looks like is haunted .I never seen a ‘resort welness and spa’ as stated in this kind of condition during the evening/night in my whole life.The reception was looking like abandoned with no computer on the desk without anything mentioned to greet their guests. The property has check in time until 8pm stated in their policies.Be carefull they are not communicating this to you via mobile, sms, mail , but just in the booking application and with < 30 min before 8pm and check in closing so that you can t reach it in time.This happened to me , even though they took my money one day in advance without notifying and also after they confirmed via message that I can pay at arrival as the booking was made.The owner/property didn t want to return any money , to move change the accomodation for other dates or give any kind of refund even though booking.com asked as well them. Please find other places to stay nearby as this property will have nothing to attract you starting with the hosts and ending with the facilies and conditions.
