Great stay in a comfortable room with a lovely roof terrace.

The host, Fabio, met me in person and took me to the car park which was a short walk from the property and very convenient. He personally showed me the property and offered a list of recommended places to eat and drink. There was a coffee making machine in the room along with snacks for breakfast. Great location.

Small and clean. Fascinating interior. Friendly and caring service. Excellent location! Just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions of Arezzo’s old town. The location is also very convenient for those traveling by car, as parking is available for an additional fee in a nearby private parking area.

A beautiful place to stay in Arezzo, central to the beautiful centre with its restaurants and must see architecture. Fabio was a perfect host welcoming us, showing us to the parking and telling a where to eat. Lots of hot water, and a comfy bed.

Fabio may be the nicest host in Italy. Communication is excellent. He is so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the ability to add on parking via the accommodation is a real plus, especially on market weekend. Great shower, comfortable bed, well priced, I cannot fault this place.

Fabio is an excellent host. The room was a wonderfully themed chocolate arrangement. The old city of Arezzo is beautiful. Secure Parking for a small fee. Local knowledge & map imparted. Thank you for the bottle of wine and access to the rooftop terrace. A pleasant stay with a gracious host.

It was excellent value for money and we really appreciated all of Fabio's help.

The best aspect was Fabio, the owner, who was helpful, friendly, gave us lots of suggestions regarding restaurants, shops, things to see. When we couldn't get a taxi when we were leaving, he drove us to the station himself. He couldn't have been nicer.

The apartment was painted entirely in pink, which wasn't to my taste.

A home away from home!!! I am coming back!!!

I love the location, the amazing hospitality of Fabio and Edi. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I felt at home and enjoyed all the tipis i got about the city and literally every information i needed. Edi was so sweet she even offered to remove a stain i had in one bag. I extended my stay because I loved everything about the place and the city. I enjoyed sitting at the deck and having coffee in the morning. Edi and Fabio are the warmest people I ever met honestly. I cant wait for my next trip. Anyone who wants an authentic Italian experience should book this place. Also a great place to work remote. I was working in the EST time ( USA). Highly recommend this place by all standards. There was a taxi strike and i was desperate and called Fabio for help. He did the extra miles to get me a car so i my plan will not be impacted. I felt that I was in my closet friends or a family home. Book this place for a true Italian experience.

I wrote a lot above - before seeing this, Queston. Excellent location. Walking distance from everywhere. All the main attraction plus train station. Excllent - very kind and generous hosts!!! Great city. In my past visits, i used to make Florence my base but now, i feel much more comfortable to us Arezzo as my base to visit several cities around. The train station ( line) is excellent. You have all the fast trains available. Visit Arezzo, stay at this place and get recommendations where to eat from Edi. I loved all the places she told me to try. I lived in Italy before, and I moved to the USA so I can assure you that - you will have a glimpse of true Italian lifestyle in this place. The building is history, the room is excellent you have everything you need in your room. The street is quite to sleep late or work remotely if you have too.

Amazing everything

It was just wonderful. Fabio puts all his heart into this rooms and the service. Upon arrival we were received with a lot of advices what to visit in Arezzo and after that he brought us to the room which was just amazing. We loved the terrace on the top! There is simply nothing we were missing. Fabio is not just a normal host, he is somebody who will do everything possible to make you feel like at home. Thank you so much!!
