quiet location & comprehensive facilities.

Good location on opposite side of railway station away from the old city tourist area. Close proximity to railway in a quiet, residential side street.. Helpful owner, gave clear phone instructions with photos to obtain keys & access building out of reception hours. No lift, so must be able to carry bags up stairs. Secure building with permanent residents. Roomy with good facilities , comfy pillows. Close to large supermarket, but need to go to nearby old city for restaurants. Booking whole apartment for few days stay would been very comfortable.

Wall map in apartment was helpful to guide exploring nearby old city historical sites. I had 2 bedroom apartment to myself, so not sure what would be communicated if the other bedroom was separately booked & we had to share bathroom/ kitchen.

Great location, less than 10 min walk from train station and 15 minutes to the older part of town. Paolo was a pleasure to deal with, giving us suggestions where to go on our one night stay.

Paolo was attentive and helpful with everything, also very quick to respond to messages. The facilities were all there as advertised on booking.com. The apartment was more spacious than we expected which was great!

Fabulous Stay!

The Room was amazing! En Suite Bathroom (exceptional) The bed was comfortable. Stylish (Jazz) I loved it. Close to Centre & Train Station. Fridge in the room. A Fan. Great value for money.

The value for money is very good. The position is good, close to the city center but accessible by car. The flat is simple but clean and functional.

Nice location, not very far from city center and within reach of all the necessary services. Just spacy enough for couple, with all necessary amenities.

Be aware - nearby streets are being sweeped by municipality in the mornings few times a week. Read the signs so you don't get fined.

Posizione in città, vicino al centro. Letto super comodo, camera spaziosa

Magari qualche mobile più nuovo e moderno aiuterebbe. L angolo cottura c'è, compresa una moca per il caffè, ma al resto devi pensarci tu( caffè, posate ecc...)

Davvero carino la soluzione monolocale in quella posizione poi check in e check out in autonomia

Camera ben accessoriata, pulita con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno, buona la posizione. Siamo rientrati la sera trovando tutta la camera bella calda super piacevole e letto comodo. Ottima qualità prezzo

Abbiamo trovato fastidioso il rumore costante che solo in pochi instanti si sia fermato,che crediamo provenire dal frigorifero. Abbastanza fastidioso soprattutto di notte e se si ha un sonno leggero può davvero rendere il tutto sgradevole un vero peccato perché la stanza offre davvero tutto in una buona posizione e con un buon prezzo

L’impossibilità di regolare la temperatura interna della stanza, il fatto che quando i vicini chiudevano la porta si sentiva forte.

Pulizia impeccabile. Presente tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, utensili per la cucina e anche gli essenziali come olio, sale, pepe ecc.

La porta del balcone si chiudeva un po' male e quindi non isolava troppo i rumori dall'esterno. La zona sembrava "tranquilla ma non troppo", oltre la stazione, ma per il prezzo che ha direi che va benissimo così.

Goede plek om Arezzo te bezoeken

Het matras was goed, niet te zacht. Loopafstand naar het centrum is 10 a 15 min. Aan een drukke weg, maar toch geen last van het verkeer. Vlakbij een grote supermarkt. Vlakbij gratis parkeren aan de straat (witte lijnen).

De vaste douchekop is erg onhandig. Ik miste wel een bankje (ook al wist ik dat di er niet zou zijn) om even op te kunnen zitten.

Excelente alojamento em Arezzo

Alojamento localizado a 10min da estação de Arezzo e a 15min do centro. É muito fácil chegar com malas desde a estação, porque é uma zona plana. Supermercado, restaurantes e cafés próximos. Cheguei antes da hora de check-in e pude deixar as minhas malas no quarto. Check-in online e fácil. O quarto é grande, estava muito limpo e a cama era muito confortável. No quarto existe tv, um pequeno frigorífico, mesa e é possível preparar refeições, estando equipado com os utensílios necessários. O wc muito limpo e equipado. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis e as indicações para entrar no alojamento são muito claras. A zona é tranquila e segura.

Apenas para melhorar para o futuro, o recipiente do gel de banho não era muito prático de usar, sendo apenas um pormenor.
