A very busy street becomes a nuisance at night and in the morning especially since there is no air conditioning.

Una bella stanzetta
La camera è ampia e pulita, il letto molto comodo. Il bagno non è ampissimo, ma per me andava molto bene. La struttura è in zona abbastanza centrale, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse del centro di Arezzo. In più, il signor Franco è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo.
Un problemino - forse strutturale, forse più legato al momento del mio viaggio - : le sere estive spesso non sono tranquille. Di notte, talvolta, si sentivano facilmente rumori esterni. Niente di insormontabile comunque...

Splendido pit stop ad Arezzo
Bella camera accogliente tranquilla e calda. Host disponibile e molto gentile. Parcheggio auto libero vicino alla struttura. Bar sotto casa ben fornito sia per colazione che pranzo. Con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico. Consigliata!
