Comfortable clean apartment in an excellent location

Comfortable, spacious, clean, light, lovely apartment walkable from the train station, in a safe area, and walkable to the historic center. Has an elevator, a washing machine and dryer, and a well stocked kitchen. Responsive host. Across the street from a grocery store, lots of cafes around, great shopping and a pedestrian area minutes away. Would recommend.

Excellent and Perfect!

I have been visiting Italy since 2019. This was by far the best place I have rented. The place was very spacious with very much light from the windows in every room. Perfect location close to everything. Great views from the top 3rd floor(with elevator). The owner was fantastic, always ready to help if needed, and she kept the place very very clean. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

One of the best ever.

Beautiful cool elegant room offering respite from cold or heat in an impressive building, this is a quiet haven, with easy access to public transport and attractions roundabout which are phenomenal. Arezzo has a great range of restaurants and cafes and shops both commercial and artisanal, but is also one of the most striking of medieval small cities down the road from Florence, boasting a major cycle of Piero della Francesca frescoes, the homes of Vasari snd Petrarch, music in staggering settings, its treasures testifying to its place in the birth of the Italian Renaissance. A lively buzzing film set of a compact city with treasures to rival Siena. An absolute standout. And the 3rd floor flat even has a lift.

Apartment in heart of Arezzo

Great location, close to station, and easy walk to old town. Gary met me at the apartment and explained everything and helped me to become oriented with the city. She was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and rooms were all a good size. Would recommend

Superb

The location was great. Gabriella, the host, was wonderful and she gave me great recommendations for dining at local restaurants as well as a map showing me the main walking streets and how to get around. Everything was within a 10 minute walk of the main sights and shopping areas. The lift was a definite plus!

The room was excellent and very clean. The mattress was a little firm for my back and the room was wonderful with a direct view overlooking Piazza Guido Monaco but was a bit noisy at night with the traffic and very late night pedestrians. I will definitely be returning for another stay but will request a side room. There is no on sight parking but the host had a contact for a valet person that drove my car to a secure lot for a very reasonable price.

The location very good,nearby Arezzo station,easy to find it,the room no very wide,but very clean and comfortable, with a/c and lift. the owner very helpful and nice,I can save the luggage .

Actually I booking this room but when I arrival before,then tell me the booking room have problem I need change to another one,I booking this have good views,I think maybe the prices have a little to difference.

Gorgeous

The location is absolutely beautiful. You will have the toscano feeling from the first step into the property. The rooms are big and beautiful; very clean ( spotless I would say) and amazing view . The host Gabriella is such a lovely and helpful person. I highly recommend this property .

Very pleasant. Spotless facilities. Lots of good quality towels and lovely linens. Maid service.

No breakfast provided. We went to nearby cafe serving excellent coffee.

Current map of the city would have been helpful. Then the very pleasant owner could have helped orient us. Even with Covid there should have been drinking glasses: glass, plastic or paper.

Superb

This was an apartment, quite big with a spacious kitchen. and bathroom. Very clean. Location is great if you travel by train as it is walking distance from the train station and still close to the city centre. A good alternative if you want to visit Florence avoiding the hassle. There is a supermarket nearby and the delicious Tuscany cuisine of the rather affordable restaurants both at hand.

You have to provide your own breakfast but as I said, you have plenty of opportunities for that (including a bar 2 minutes from the property). No sat TV. Parking is available quite near but on payment, nights included.

Pleasant

The location is ideal, very close to the train station and city center. Early check-in was possible.

Upon arrival there was no running water in our apartment. After telling the owner about the problem she left, saying she will fix it. About 3 hours later i had to call her again to ask why the water was still not running, because she hadn't gotten back to us. In the end we were offered to change rooms to a completely different B&B. Also: the lift didn't work and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Tutto tranne una cosa

Ho avuto un litigio con la ragazza padrona delle stanze , aveva una presunzione , ma una presunzione , non vi dico va, in poche parole la temperatura nella camera era abbastanza bassa intorno ai 18 gradi e con due bambini volevo che mi accendesse i termosifoni almeno fino ai 21 gradi , lei mi ha detto che c’erano i 21 gradi già impostati , le ho chiesto il telecomando del condizionatore ma nulla lo usiamo solo per l’aria fredda la sua risposta , alla fine mi viene a dire sfogandosi che si è rotta il cazzo ( proprio con questi termini ) di queste cose ecc ecc , io semplicemente le ho detto , alzando la voce , che non ci si rivolge ai clienti così , clienti che ti portano i soldi e che vorrebbero semplicemente il comfort giusto…. Vabbè per il resto nulla da aggiungere

Tutto perfetto. Posizione centralissima dotato di ogni comfort

Ottima posizione ed appartamento completo di tutto. Io viaggio spesso per lavoro ed è difficile trovare davvero tutto! Inoltre è stato arredato con la massima attenzione ai dettagli. Nell’appartamento che ho prenotato c’era la cucina, con piano ad induzione microonde, bollitore e macchina da caffè per capsule nespresso. E, dulcis in fundo, lavatrice ed asciugatrice private. Tutto eccezionale. Inoltre la signora Gabriella è stata gentilissima ma con discrezione: ci ha dato la sua piena disponibilità ma senza essere costantemente presente e pressante. È una professionista che sa davvero come far sentire gli ospiti a casa loro.

l’unica cosa un po’ “scomoda” è l’assenza del freezer nel frigo. Capisco la scelta dal momento che, una volta tolta la card elettronica, si stacca l’alimentazione elettrica. Ma magari il frigo si potrebbe collegare direttamente all’impianto principale (quello delle luci dell’ingresso). Ma lo dico solo perché è iniziato il caldo ed un gelato o il ghiaccio nelle bevande può fare piacere. Se avessimo usufruito dell’appartamento in inverno, non ce ne saremmo nemmeno accorti 😅

Super Lage!! In wenigen Minuten im Centro!! Gabriela war sehr freundlich!! Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, wo man sich Tee und Kaffee bereiten konnte!
