Nice room in a "new-ish" building, close to the old city gate.

The perfect stop for a trip to Arezzo

The owners, Alessandra and her family, are not only super responsive and helpful.. they are extremely welcoming and kind! The location is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes walking to the old gate of the historical center! Parking (free street parking or paid but super cheap) is also close by (which is not always the case in Italy). The room/bathroom has all the necessary comforts, super clean, and nice and warm (we eere here in Dec - good heating is also not always the case in Italy 😅). It was a perfect stay!

Good value for money in beautiful Arezzo

It offers an affordable stay in a practical location just outside the old city walls. The room was functional and clean, with a comfortable mattress. Good communication with Alessandra, who was very responsive. Nice that there is a fridge in the room and a kettle in the common area to make coffee/tea.

Not the property’s fault but good to know that it is located in an apartment building, so expect noisy neighbours, kids, etc, although this could also be the case at a hotel. Also: use the name of the property on google maps as following the adrdress takes you to the wrong place.

Fantatstic value for money at a very central location.

Nice new and modern room, exceptionally clean, facing a quite courtyard away from the street. The city center is within walking distance. We used free on street parking in a side street which was very convenient. The WIFI was great too–I had to do an online video conference meeting which worked well. Great communication with the host too, will stay here again.

I recommend. Everything is amazing!

The room and the bathroom is beautiful. The bed is really comfortable. The owner is really sympathetic and helpful. The localisation is really good - only 12 minutes on foot to the train station (we was on the long journey, so that matter was important to us). And the heart of city is very near from the hotel.

One day in Arezzo

Ale House is located very close to the the main attractions, outside one of the gates to the old town. The host, Alessandra, was very welcoming and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The apartment was recently renovated so everything was new and clean.

Ok for an overnighter. Not the kind of place you’d come back to joyfully of an evening on a longer stay.

It was very clean and tidy. Nice bathroom. Good clear instructions on gaining access. Convenient for easy access to the Centro.

No soul. Bland decor. Parking close by not especially easy. A bit like a budget hotel. Multiple doors to unlock and then relock in order to gain access to room.

New, clean and modern room in walking distance of everything in the old centre

It was new, modern room in an eighties apartment building located just outside the old city walls. Everything is in walking distance, also the train station (15 to 20 minutes). The room and bathroom were spotless.

There was nothing not to like.

The room was quite spacious and esthetically nice, the bathroom was also quite big. All was super clean. The area is just a few min walking distance from plenty of bars and restaurants amd also great location for sightseeing.

Camere accoglienti, bagno molto pulito, posizione delle camere molto vicine al centro città, la proprietaria della struttura molto cordiale e disponibile per darti informazioni sui posti della città, qualità prezzo molto elevata, servizi essenziali ma non trattandosi di un albero direi molto soddisfacenti.

Se devo trovare un punto negativo direi insegna poco visibile dalla strada, devi trovarti davanti al portone per capire che sei arrivato.

Critiche nessuna, solo un consiglio, mettere un bollitore e qualche tazza dentro la stanza, oltre alla macchina del caffè, chi ama the e tisane ne sarebbe felice, senza dover uscire in pigiama dalla stanza per servirsi del bollitore presente nell'area comune

Camera moderna, pulita e ordinata. A pochi minuti dal centro storico. Gli altri ospiti sono stati silenziosi quindi sono riuscito a risposare bene. Disponibile Disney plus.

Gli asciugamani avevano un cattivo odore di muffa. Probabilmente vanno lavati meglio o asciugati meglio.
