A lovely stay, great value and perfect location

I think the access instructions could have been clearer. We are both fit but I couldn’t imagine how a disabled/less mobile person would cope with the long walk uphill with luggage from the car park. The mattress needs changing I think, it sinks. OK for 1 but less OK for 2

Interesting old building with great decor

Great bed. Really nice coffee area for coffee and self-catered breakfast. A 300 B.C. Etruscan wall, topped by a medieval wall, formed the backdrop to the coffee area. Awesome. Excellent decor throughout.

Can’t go wrong, great location, near park and centre of town.

Great communication from booking. Able to check in early, always so appreciated. Gorgeous building, room was small but perfect for solo traveler. Immaculately clean comfy bed lovely cotton sheets, all the little details.

Good location to explore Arezzo

Location is in an old bulling in the the city center, within walkable distance from restaurants and historic settings. They preserved the historic findings, it's nice furnished. They provide free coffee in the morning which is nice. Host is nice as well, they are trying to meet your needs and make your stay as comfortable.

The AC was not working - I understood there was a problem they were trying to fix. It's a bit difficult to reach the location if you have a big luggage like we had. There are mobile stairs to take you there, but on the day we went, some of them were not working.

Location was perfect. You are in a middle of city centre. The apartament is very charming and cosy. Everything was very clean. Shared are is very pretty and you can feel a historial atmosphere in a building. Arezzo is an amazing city i truly reccomend!

Lovely boutique style property within old city walls

Lovely clean family run guest house in the city walls. Easy access from free parking outside walls (with escalators) into ZTL Welcome check in after minor delay but no problem Good shower with toiletries provided. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets available

Contact prior to arrival would have been useful for check in but otherwise an excellent property in old town

Beautiful redecorating ancient hotel

We liked the interior of the hotel very much, the location and the sister/brother hosts. The atmosphere was nice and we found a good restaurant close by.

Central, charming, good value

Great location. Our ground floor bedroom -in fact a suite looked a bit like a basement when we arrived but there was plenty light. Some confusion over arrival and parking but all sorted all'italiana.

I like the location, the B&B is near all the interesting museum and hysterical attractive you want to visit in Arezzo. I like also the staff because they are very friendly.
