beautiful property, but very unprofessional host.

beautiful property

the host Becky is currently trying to scam us. she wants us to pay her £420 to replace the 3 carpets in the property due to an accident our dog had whilst unwell. we have offered to pay the cost of cleaning, but she is being persistent and rude. we have photos anyway. she also wants £50 to replace the bedding because of dog hair and muddy paws (though again we have photos) and the dog hadn’t been anywhere to get muddy paws, and she advertises it as dog friendly.

Very clean apartment but needs a little tlc.

The setting was lovely and quiet. It was very clean, great bathroom with really good shower. It was warm (a little too warm for us). Big towels. Facilities were good.

The bed is really on the small side so we didn’t sleep very well. All you need is placed behind sliding wardrobe doors - unfortunately they kept coming off. No tea towel to dry wet cups and dishes.

Nice size all facilities l fridge, television, toaster,kettle, plates ,cutlery, all behind built in wardrobes bed very comfortable bath and shower very nice towels good quality .host becky was very clear with instructions

Charming and perfectly situated

The accommodation is charming and is in the perfect location; it's close to the countryside, the beautiful Linacre Reservoirs, and not far from the town. The bathroom was excellent as it had a bath as well as a shower.

Exceptional

This stay really lived up to the reviews. We arrived quite late and wasn’t too sure which house it was, I gave Becky a call to help locate them she was supper helpful and friendly. When we got in the room it was lovely, clean and really cosy. We even had some love heart sweets left for us on the bed with two bottles of water either side, which was a great welcoming touch.
