Very nice place just the 2 issues for me
The bed was restricted in length so if you are over 6 ft can't really straighten your legs , and the parking on the grass verge was problematic with my van getting stuck on the wet grass

Nice clean and cosy place for overnight stay.
All facilities in sleeping room is good, the heater work perfectly, and it is very clean.
The door that reaching outside is in the bathroom where isn't provide that much personally feeling as it is always hear the sound from outside.

Perfect place to stay for visiting Matlock and Chatsworth.
The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It is very small and cosy, but this is stated in the listing so we expected it to be small. It was a perfect location for visiting Chatsworth and the Matlock area of Derbyshire. Spot on.
We liked it, but I am 1.75m tall, so the bed was fine for me, but not sure if it would be good for anyone taller than this.

Convenient for the town, beautiful apartment, great facilities. Heating on went we arrived, hot drinks available in the room.

An ideal ‘touring’ base - would book again
The property is well located, just a short walk into the centre of Matlock. Bonus was accessibility to the railway station. The Derwent line gives access to Derby & Nottingham.
