It had everything we needed for a night in Matlock and was very clean and comfortable. Some ingenious space saver ideas.
The front door opens onto the bathroom! But to be fair, we knew it was going to be cozy when we booked so we managed fine.

Very close to town centre, very clean, helpful owners, good value.
Cramped, though not a problem for one person staying one night and this was reflected in the price. Some road noise.

A quirky little property cleverly configured! A great location in lovely Matlock with free parking. The outdoor seating area was a bonus after a busy day.
A perfect little stopover for our visit, the only observation I would make is if a couple were staying and one was particularly tall it could get a bit cramped in bed. I'm 6' and it was OK but any taller?

Very comfortable bed. Great location.
Quirky set up. External door opens into toilet and shower room.
Toiletries, hand cream, fresh milk, biscuits and crisps, provided.
Very clean.
Top, bottom and one side of bed against a wall so not easily accessible for two people.Bed quite high off the floor. Probably not good for those with mobility issues. Extremely comfortable though once you got into it!
