Quiet. Proximity to my reunion; Hollingwood Hotel. Parking. Price. Microwave oven for warming up food. Fridge for keeping it cool. Excellent little apartment.
Constructive criticism. It would be nice to have a bit of colour, pictures on the wall maybe. Maybe a rug on the floor. But they're nice to have not need to have.

Easy access
The blinds were integral with the window so if you openned the window the blinds followed the windows and allowed light into the room. On a hot night this was no good. One of the 2 beds fell apart, luckily when we got up. Some of the slats supporting the matress dropped out.
