Nice looking up to date, comfortable, smart apartment. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Very good quality of finish overall.
Shower is really good!
Back room nice and cool. One powerful pedestal fan.
Apartment is very secure.
We didn't see any staff (and didn't expect to), so cannot rate them appropriately. However, email sent information on the stay was all there with everything we needed to know.
Mostly clean apart from the floor.
Kitchen/living area really warm. Windows open well, but it's next to a very busy and loud road. So sleeping in the living area was tough going on a warm night.

It’s such a bargain - our second time staying here and we’ll be back. The shower is fabulous too. Immaculately clean.
The beds are a little bit firm but to be honest I slept fine.

We were on the ground floor and the traffic was quite noisy at times but it was convenient for our purposes and a handy pub next door.
The kitchen only had 1 saucepan and 1 frying pan, in the cutlery drawer there were 4 knifes,2 forks,2 teaspoons and 1 dessert spoon. The spatula was broken and unusable. The fridge didn’t have an ice box which meant we couldn’t refreeze the ice blocks we had brought with us. The temperature knob on the shower was broken.
