Convenient, clean and cheap

Apartment was very clean, comfortable bed and sofa bed, and an absolute bargain.

The kitchen was very sparsely equipped but that wasn’t a problem as we were visiting family. The boiler was quite loud and the windows very thin. However an absolute bargain, as above.

Easiness of booking in. The apartment was spacious with all amenities needed.

A few more items in the kitchen cupboard to be able to cook a full meal but there was enough to cook a simple meal.

Lovely

I really liked how easy it was to collect the key and arrive at a time that suited me, which made the whole stay feel very relaxed and stress-free. The apartments are in a quiet location, which I loved, and they feel very homely and welcoming rather than like a typical hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept really well. thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to settle in straight away. Overall, it felt like a calm, comfortable space where you can properly relax and feel at home

During my first stay in Room 3, unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. The room wasn’t very clean, the boiler wasn’t on so the shower was freezing, there was a leak that my boyfriend ended up having to fix, there was blood on the bed, and the room smelt very strongly of smoke. Overall, it didn’t feel clean or comfortable. However, I contacted a lovely lady via email afterwards and she was very understanding and sorted everything out for me. I decided to book again because I didn’t want one bad experience to outweigh the good reviews I had heard. On my second stay, I was in Room 2 and it was absolutely beautiful — spotlessly clean, warm with the heating on, and the bed was very comfortable. I was so glad I gave it another chance and didn’t judge based on my first visit. After emailing following my stay, I also found out that there are staff available on-site who I could have spoken to during my first visit to get issues resolved straight away, such as changing the bed. If anyone experiences a problem during their stay, I would definitely recommend contacting a member of staff, as they are more than happy to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I really couldn’t thank the staff enough.

A clean, well-located property with easy check-in and parking, perfect for our needs.

The accommodation was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The location was great, and the process for collecting the keys and checking out was simple and hassle-free. Parking availability is a real bonus if needed. Overall, this was ideal accommodation for what we required, and we would happily stay again.

The only small point to note is that some areas of the paintwork could benefit from a few touch-ups where there are scuff marks, though this didn’t impact our stay in any way. Additionally, we noticed a storage box in Flat 1’s bedroom for extra bedding, but as it didn’t have a lid, it gave the impression of being a little less cared for. It would also be a lovely touch to provide some basic essentials such as tea, coffee, and powdered milk for guests, perfect for an evening cuppa or a morning brew.

Location

Mayress and pillows past their sell by date ,matress saggy in the middle & pillows flat. We were in the eves of the apartment and shopping roof made it difficult to access one side of the bed without having to crabwalk bent over.

Missing key for front door. Didn't realise until we couldn't get in. (Need 3 keys). Neighbours in flat let us in and got key following day. WiFi network didn't work Didn't recognise the network .

Cheap and not quite cheerful

Bed was ok for comfort but not very good pillows provided.

The flat hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, so we had to ring up to get this sorted before we could occupy I was offered a partial refund but this hasn't been processed or mentioned since - nearly a week now. They made basic errors on our booking info too. The hot water was not very hot at all and the shower poor. Sofa was very uncomfortable as well. The whole place is cheaply furnished with as little effort as possible and it shows

The toilet bowl was dirty when we checked in. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. No blinds on the Velux windows in the bedroom.

Quite disappointed it wasn’t clean

It’s a well presented apartment but improvements to be made on the cleaning side of it.

The cleanliness wasn’t great. Dust on window frames, hair in the shower and on the tiles. No soap in the dispenser. The floors hadn’t been hoovered or mopped. There were no teaspoons. There was sugar in the apartment but no coffee or tea bags. It hasn’t been cleaned properly from the previous customer.

The apartment was modern but shame it didn’t have the utensils and properly cleaned.

Apartment hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom wasn’t clean and still had hair in shower and around the sink. The place was thick with dust and it hadn’t been hoovered. The utensils and baking dishes were dirty. The towels were stained. I asked them to rectify but this didn’t happen until half way through the holiday and then when I spoke to the cleaners to tell them what needed doing they only cleaned the shower. Wouldn’t recommend

Location as we needed to travel to Sheffield. Appartment , clean and well maintained Grounds to the appartments were well maintained Parking Would book again.

The kitchen not fully equipped for self catering. No cereal bowls had to eat cereal out of the plastic measuring jug 🤣. No teaspoons . No toiletries as advertised. We booked two appartments which varied in size but also basic kitchen equipment, crockery , utensils and toiletries. We didn't bother contacting the company at the time due to the importance of our visit at Sheffield hospital. However the company were made aware of the above after our visit and contacted me personally. regarding the above.

Adequate, but I don't think I would stay there again

Location was good. Even though I was next to a pub, it was quiet. Parking was convenient.

Food had been left in the microwave. It smelt very bad made worse probably because we were in the middle of a heatwave. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable. It was lumpy, hard, and there was a sharp piece of metal protruding from the side. Could have caused a nasty injury. I left a note about it. It was very hot and I would have liked to have left the windows open at night, but there was no way of securing them against intruders and being in a bungalow I felt vulnerable

Excellent

Very clean, spacious. Everything I needed. I had a problem Friday night with noisy neighbours and messaged the company Saturday morning. I had a call back straight away from Kathy and there were no issues after that. Excellent customer service. She also followed up after I left to make sure everything was ok.

Lovely new flat, shame about the 2 main things

New fresh apartment block, 3 story's high. Smart TV, nice environment to be in for a week

Worst sofa and bed mattress I've ever had unfortunately The sofa is a huge click clack sofa bed, hard, can't sit properly, GET RID OF IT, it's just a 1 bed flat, we want a living Room. The mattress on bed was horrendous and cheap, springs were coming through into my body. Could not believe it Just get a half decent memory foam mattress and don't worry about it being mentioned again.

Mind your head!!

Stayed in apartment 5, at top of 4 flights. No lift. Apartment was lovely and clean, very comfy, felt very secure and safe. Looked like a new build. Shower was fabulous. Heating worked well. Available parking bay per apartment. Can hear the road noise but not enough to have to turn the TV up. No noise coming from the pub except briefly when leaving. Very nice area, sight seeing nearby

Mind your head!! Couldn't get to the other side of the bed without leaning over the bed to get round. Not able to stand up due to the very low sloping ceiling!! Hairdryer did not reach far enough to be able to see in the mirror

stressing for chech-in online and to open the door

key box, the door to be pushed was very hard to be open. I lost a lot of time believing the key did not function. The bar nearby and alone in the area was open but no possible to eat something for dinner. I must order via internet a delivery of pizza at 8 pm. It was difficult to pay with a visa card (on-line to pay a pizza!).
