The apartment was exceptionally well presented and felt modern, fresh and almost brand new. Although there were a couple of issues when I first arrived, the customer service team responded immediately, communicated brilliantly throughout and resolved everything very quickly. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and made for a very positive stay overall.
There were a few minor attention-to-detail issues when I first arrived. From my experience, these things can occasionally happen with holiday rentals, so it wasn’t the issues themselves that mattered most, but how they were handled. Once I reported them, the management and maintenance team responded quickly and resolved everything efficiently, and they deserve credit for the way they dealt with it.

I found it difficult to be able to connect to the WiFi and i found it difficult to get hold of the staff
