Excellent location for visiting the Peak District. Very friendly host, nothing too much trouble. Recently refurbished bathroom and kitchen.

Everything worked. Sofas and beds were comfortable. On the whole the property was very clean. The location close to woodland walks
The property was shabyly maintained, bath panel was broken, kitchen utensils(crockery and cutlery) were dirty. Oven was in need of a good clean, only one oven pan which was greasy. Only able to access property by back door
