Lovely location, very peaceful. Plenty of room. Modern.
The bath had a dirty ring round it. Floor dirty in kitchen. Two dining chairs had broken legs which we reported but nobody came to check them. No information on local places to visit or games etc to use. Sparsely furnished lounge. Only terrestrial TV available. No mobile signal. Not enough information visible for what to do with rubbish.

Location fab, nice and quiet.Easy to visit tourist places in Derbyshire.
Freezer broken. Sofa bed broken in places, mattress dirty, very uneven and uncomfortable. Floor downstairs dirty, children’s feet were black after walking around for 10 minutes. TV very hit and miss, struggled to work it. We changed the batteries but think the remote needs replacing.

Great layout and and size
Terrible third bedroom with a broken pull out bed. Mattress very uncomfortable, hard and springs sticking in you. Therefore my husband had to sleep on sofa bed in living room, which was also uncomfortable.
