Able to purchase items form nearby shops for my own breakfast. Nice and clean accommodation. Loved everything flat was modern and nicely furnished.

NO LIFT inside the property or luggage lift. STEPS OUTSIDE DIFFICULT WITH LUGGAGE, BETTER TO HAVE A FLAT SLOPE GROUND. No clear sign on the gate leading to the street to state 'CONVENIENT HOILDAY HOMES FLATS'. Unable to access free Wi-Fi. No heating for the cooler evenings. No manual booklet for vistors as to the flat layout and what is and is not available or emergnecy numbers if assistance is needed: Matlock doctors, hospitals, taxis, bus station. Local map of the area would have been helpful, events/festivals, Whats On? Where are the shops, banks etc? A mini safe where valuables, passports cards and cash can be placed safely would be useful where visitors can input their own made up numbers for security. Usually placed in the wardrobes so personal items can be placed: watches, phones jewerly cash etc. I had stayed in Matlock last year so luckily had a rough idea where some local facilities were. But what if someone was completely new to the area?

Great location and great facilities. I had everything I needed for my stay.
