The property had comfortable beds, nice seating outside with great views, Matlock is a lovely town with lots of places to go locally, milk/tea/coffee on arrival was a nice touch, throws to protect the furniture also welcome

Parking is fine for 1 car but tight for 2, Matlock is full of steep hills and the property is near the top of a steep hill, courtyard at the back of the property didn't have any seating so not a usable space

Lovely clean property with everything you need and more! Off road parking is great. Very comfortable beds!!

Property was great, slight issues with communication but it was soon sorted.

Location was quiet and pleasant. Property was clean and was fully equipped.

The handle of one of the bedrooms stuck which made it impossible to get out of the room, it was lucky we were with family who could open it from the outside. We were then unable to close the door for the rest of the stay. On the second day the TV went wrong meaning that we could hear it but did not get a picture. The parking spaces were quite difficult to get in and not really enough room for 2 cars unless they were very small ones which meant having to park across the road.
