Cathy is amazing - she was so welcoming, fast to respond to any queries and was flexible with my check in when I arrived slightly early. The place itself is so convenient to everything in Matlock. Walking distance to pretty much everything you could ever need. I cannot fault the property at all, it was clean and tidy - super comfortable! The noise from the road was nothing to keep me up at night.
Nothing to improve on - I definitely recommend staying here, solo or as a couple.

Very clean, quirky apartment, perfect location, had everything we needed there, excellent communication with the host.
There was a little noise from traffic outside in the morning but I did have the window open as it was warm, but that was only a slight negative, and to be fair, the host did mention it beforehand

Very clean and centrally located, lovely owners who answered all questions promptly. Tea and coffee provided as a welcome and clear instructions left for WiFi and how to leave apartment upon departure. Dishwasher tablets provided which meant we didn’t have to buy an unnecessarily large pack of them for our one-night stay.
Would like a bathroom bin so that guests don’t have to go to the kitchen every time they want to throw something away when in bedroom or bathroom.
