10 mins from town, quiet location nxt to the lake, everything in house worked, plenty hot water,
Toilet seat swivelled when we sat in it, it was loose. When you flushed the water kept running so you have to lift up the handle, A washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes, 2 lots of dog pooh outside on the corner so dog walkers walking past letting their dogs use our porch as a toilet not cleaning it up !
The bath should have grab rails to aid elderly and infirm people to get in and out of the bat.
No bar there for interaction with other guests.

We stayed at this property out of season, so the value for money was excellent and it felt very well priced for what was included. The location was lovely, situated right next to the lake with beautiful views from the house and a very relaxing outdoor seating area. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to unwind. I was also very impressed with the size of the property, especially the number of bathrooms, with three toilets available including an en suite, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.
The only downside to the location was that it felt quite far away from places to eat or drink. We were unable to find anywhere to eat or have a drink within the actual site itself. There was another nearby site with facilities, but walking there in the evening was not ideal, as the roads were very dark, had no pavements, and cars tended to drive quite fast, which made it feel a bit unsafe on foot. However, if you have a vehicle and are happy to drive, then this would not really be an issue.

Very clean, very welcoming and cosy, Katie LOVED the sofa (a bit too much) would have liked both sides if sofa to work, however, this was only a minor inconvenience compared to the great time away
TV had issues connecting with applications it offers, may be an issue with the younger generations
