Comfortable and cosy unit in a great location.

We love the location as it is close to family for visiting, Morrisons is 5 minutes down the road and it is close to the Peak District and a lot of other attractions. We have stayed here many times and love how comfortable the unit is. Sonia is a wonderful host. We always visit Renishaw Hall just down the road, Hardwick Hall, Bolsover Castle and the Portland Collection at Welbeck Abbey.

Nancy's Cabin

When my husband told me he had booked us a shed in a garden I laughed, however, let me tell you, this was no shed! It is a little gem! I fully expected to wake up, open the curtains and see mountains and a lake. I obviously didn't but it was lovely. A fully functioning chalet style accommodation with a modern feel. It was spacious and very comfortable and met all of our needs. The location had off road parking and was a quiet, suburban location, close to local amenities. We had the opportunity to speak to the hosts and were friendly and interested in our stay.

Having been spoilt at home with a king size bed, it was snug to get into a double but this didn't affect the comfort and convenience of the location.

Incredible little cabin

The hosts Sonia and Bill went above and beyond before we even arrived, accommodating early check in and then even earlier arrival and also allowed us to put our bags inside before heading off to the festival to make it easier for us returning. The cabin in itself was incredible, very spacious and contained everything needed from free WiFi, heaters, tvs with sky/netflix, air fryer ect. This is just a few of the many things included, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the cabin was very very clean! We was left coffee/tea/hotchocolate, fresh milk, breakfast cereal and porridge. We was even offered a lift to the tram station and had the nicest conversation with them both asking about our weekend before we departed. I even said I would love to live in this little cabin as I found it absolutely beautiful and included everything you could possibly need! I will 100% book again in the future, thank you both so much!

Such a shame I could only stay one night.

Chosen for its closeness to Rother Valley Country Park. The cabin is immaculate and lovely for a chilled stop over. Couldn’t fault it and really enjoyed my visit. Good correspondence from the hosts in the lead up to the short break.

Very comfortable. Amazing how much was in a small space. They had thought of everything.

Water in shower and kitchen sink kept going from scolding hot to very cold. Please be careful.

Enjoyed our stay & would go back next time we are in Sheffield.

The area around the cabin was quiet except for the odd vehicle passing by in the mornings. It was very clean and tidy, everything in the cabin was just enough for the size of the property. Very nice garden at the back to sit in if it's warm, could even have your afternoon drinks out there. Easy to find. The owners provided tea, coffee & milk for you. As we were in Sheffield visiting family it was perfect.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

I had a fantastic three-night stay! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Sonia was a great host—responsive and attentive. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape. Highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay that’s a bit different, and excellent value!

A bit different to the usual hotel rooms - and spotlessly clean. Hosts had really made an effort to make it stand out with lots of thoughtful touches.

Bed was a small double and too small for us to have a really comfortable night.

A warm cosy cabin that served the purpose for a night’s rest whilst visiting a relative in hospital.

It was cosy, had all we needed for a nights stay and we could cook our supper there. Sonia had added lots of thoughtful touches such as breakfast cereal and some milk.

Nothing really - the light switches are in slightly awkward places, but once you have found them it is fine.

The cabin was perfect - very cosy & comfortable, much bigger than we thought it would be, had everything we needed and home comforts e.g. hot water bottles, milk & cereals. Thank you for a lovely stay!! We really enjoyed it and just wish it had been for longer !

We arrived and unfortunatley i had come down with a cold but the host was so welcoming and asked if we would like to join them in the garden for a drink. but as i felt so unwell we declined but this was very welcoming and totally unexpected.

A lovely experience in a cabin

My husband and I were totally gobsmacked when we first arrived at this lovely cabin and we were even more surprised when we went inside and found everything we needed in such a compact space. There were lots of extras such as toiletries, milk, tea, coffee, Horlicks, biscuits and breakfast cereals etc etc etc. Sonia and her husband also invited us into their beautiful garden where we chatted for quite a while and made us very welcome. We will definitely go there again when we visit that part of the country.
