DON VALLEY ARENA APPARTMENTs

I didn't have time to check in. But i give 10/10.

Everything in short words. Good apartment, good service. act....

Everything was in good condition.

I stay here often it's a very nice place, nice little garden and pub area, great prices on rooms.

The apartment was self contained and quiet, lovely warming and helpful staff ( even helped me with the luggages to the apartment on the day of arrival).

- no wifi and advertised as having one - Room was not clean including stains in bedsheets - Gentleman Gary, kindly came in to show me how to use the heater and turn on the toilet hot water (as was not activated prior to arrival) and walked in the apartment with wet shoes that left stains in the floor and had to clean it up. I also did not appreciating him sitting on the bed with outdoor clothing to show me how to use the electric heater - says non-smoking facility, but each time I returned to the apartment it smelled of smoke which I could not understand the reason. I am not a smoker so supposedly someone was coming into the apartment to maybe smoke? - no privacy and no safety in my opinion as twice someone came in the apartment and moved my belongings around which I did not appreciate - area was a bit dodgy, my car was locked away which was good but that meant no access to the car if required after the pub is closed - Basically no kitchen equipment: no microwave, no pans to cook, no kettle (had to ask for one and was provided quite promptly), one plate a couple of mugs and dirty cutleries, dirty air fryer, no sponge for washing up - no bins to put the trash
