Communication with the host before was great as he had a slight issue with the cleaner so he kept us informed throughout arrival day. Happily all sorted before we got there, clean towels and bedding. Kitchen is really well equipped, nice to have cold water from the plumbed in fridge, plenty of space and storage throughout the house. Off road parking useful, but plenty of on street as well if you've got more than one vehicle. It's not a cottage as the name suggests, but a semi on a residential road, but it's fine and we'd stay again as it's a really convenient location for visiting Sheffield.
The kerb appeal isnt great as the garden needs some attention. I would say it was clean enough in all the important areas, but could do with a bit of a blitz for skirting boards and corners, just a little attention to detail would make it better.
