excellent hosts who couldn't have been more helpful in setting up the space for 4 adults and three young children for a weekend family meet up . Bedrooms quite adequate with comfortable beds . One bathroom was sometimes a chore for 7 but the house is what it is . Modern kitchen and lounge- excellent TV
for 7 of us only 4 dining chairs - lounge L shaped couch was adequate for fewer people but we couldn't all sit comfortable - hard floors made sound travel but we fully understand why for cleanliness - maybe some fold up chairs for the dining area and i.e bean bags for the lounge would add to facility

Kitchen was equipped for dining. (Milk/ tea / coffee/ sugar also given)
Enough space for small family.
Relatively modern decor.
Host very accommodating for our needs - later checkout. High chair , cot and stair gate all provided and very appreciated.
Shops and local amenities nearby.
Not too far from city centre.
Creaky floors - stairs and upstair rooms.
Poor drainage from shower / sink
Beds very small & tight space around them.
No bed side tables in main room.
Plug sockets very far from appropriate places needed, e.g by the beds.
No latches on window, unsafe for young children.
Parking very difficult.
Front door lock from inside not secure enough with children around, as can easily be opened, even when locked.
Live wiring easy to access on floor - not safe with children.
Kitchen cupboards in disrepair / need updating.
Garden is very overgrown and not suitable for use.
No outdoor seating as far as we saw and limited space to sit down outside.
Not very sound proof at all.
Can hear a lot of noise from neighbour attached next door.
