Excellent value hidden gem for a stay in Chesterfield

Had a lovely stay here and the owner was very accommodating:)

From booking james was extremely helpful regarding all information on how to find the property,where to park,how everything works and where to find essentials etc. Quick response times when asking information and the property was lovely. Very clean,tidy and comfortable. Will definitely be returning as its on a work space doorstep. Can't thank james enough as he goes above and beyond !!! :)

Host went above and beyond . An excellent base for an overnight stay in Chesterfield

The excellent communication between us and our host. He was exceptionally helpful. Went above and beyond. I should also add, that off road parking was appreciated. We have a very large 4x4 vehicle and with a bit of careful manouvering, fitted it fine.

Lovely staying.

The code for the lock box was provided in advance so I just arrived and unlock pretty easy and get inside the flat. Everything was clean and organized. And the owner leave me some milk and chocolates in the fridge.

It was no light on the outside of the property so I had to used my phone flashlight. It was not an issue but I would it be better to have a light to open the door.

Clean, spacious, well located flat.

Very spacious ground floor flat in a convenient location for the town centre and football ground. Spotlessly clean. Great communication with the owner before our stay. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet bedroom at the back, away from the road. Off road parking, a bit tight to get into but manageable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very Clean with all amenities for my 1 night stay. Great extras of tea, coffee, milk and tomato ketchup (!) in the fridge. Very kind to leave box of chocolates on arrival. Everything I needed when I arrived, clear briefing and photos for access. followed up to make aware there was a breakage in the bathroom. Great soft towels and toiletries included. Nothing had been missed by the owners. Parking space was ideal, if a little tight to get in. Thoroughly recommend and will return when working at Chatsworth again. Thank you

Perfection !!

Great location - lovely apartment and very well equipped with everything we could’ve needed for our stay. The host was fantastic and communication was great….clear instructions for check in and nothing was too much trouble….even asked if we would like some milk getting in and a lovely box of chocolates was waiting for us when we arrived. Couldn’t fault it in any way !

Convenient and comfortable stay.

The unit was in a very convenient location. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to the train station which also had buses to Chatsworth house, as well as into the centre of Chesterfield. It had all necessary facilitates and the host was very instructive and responsive.

Lovely host, immaculate flat, convenient location

There was every possible facility and convenience you could imagine in this stylish, well-appointed flat. It was spotlessly clean and the owner contacted us beforehand to ask about milk preferences. He even bought us a box of chocolates! Communication was great. The bed was comfortable. The decor was immaculate as if we were the first people to stay there. It was walking distance to Chesterfield FC and the town centre. There was a nice deli and a convenience store a few doors down. There was also a pizzeria across the road. Parking was directly behind the flat and free.

For my large car, parking was possible but very narrow as it was nestled into an L shaped space.
