Great apartment—clean, warm, and comfortable. Excellent value for 3 nights, definitely stay again!!

Great location! The apartment was much better than I expected—very comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean.

The only small thing is that the sofa bed could be improved, although we only used it as a couch for watching TV.

Lovely place for a great price! Particularly loved the bath and kitchen/living room area.

A bit of mould on the ceiling, the bathroom tiling was slightly worse for wear and the hot water can be very irritating to sort out

For the price the stay was adequate but not fantastic.

Nicely updated, good communication for any problems or requests that arose, easy instructions for accessing.

Beds uncomfortable, not easy to get hot water bad to remember to boost hot water every time and then wait an hour. Bedding wasn’t very thick/fluffy. Bed and fold out couch thin and uncomfortable.

The accommodation was amazing. It had everything that we needed. Very clean. Plug freshners gave the flat an amazing smell. It was furnished to a very high standard. The hosts were easily accessible if I needed them for whatever reason. None of which were bad. I would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing not to like. The only problem was the water took a while to heat up. I was told this at check in and shown what to do. Nonetheless it took a while. But this was out of the control of the host as it was the boiler system fitted throughout the entire building.

I had an amazing stay at this property in Leicester! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The home is beautifully set up, modern yet very cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was outstanding — very friendly, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated all the little thoughtful touches around the property. The location is also fantastic — quiet and safe, yet close to shops, transport links, and all the key spots in Leicester. Whether you’re here for a short visit or a longer stay, it’s perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Leicester.

Cozy apartment

Very cozy apartment which was just right for the 3 of us friends staying in Leicester for the 1 night for our friends wedding. Was very graciously given a complimentary early check in in order to get ready for the wedding in time. Had all the facilities we needed. Messages were replied to very fast! Thank you :)

Perfect cozy place near all facilities, worth it

It was super clean, host was awesome, very helpful even when asked they arranged a fan for me at 10 pm. Everything was nice. Location was perfect and near to the big supermarket.

Well located

It was supposed to be for a family of 4 but everything was set up for 2 pax. There was no linen for the sofa bed or any beds for the kids. There was also no extra towels or any cleaning available the next day. The roster was dirty and full of crumbs and the only small pot available was disgusting. The bottom part was all scratched and something no one wants to use.

Comfortable Home from Home

The apartment is perfectly located for access to Leicester city centre with plenty of local parking, and only a short walk to shops (grocery shopping) and eateries. The apartment is very clean, roomy and comfortable with all kinds of facilities to make it a real home from home (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge). The hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly to any queries. There is a code entry to the buliding and then keys are picked up from a lockbox outside the apartment. Tea and coffee was provided along with a starter supply of milk and cleaning supplies for washing up, which was really handy and appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Easy to access and straight forward, proper privacy and convenience of being able to access or leave the property on my own time., Once inside the apartment, we were greeted with the air freshener scent which is fine but didn't like it on while we're there so we just switched it off which is not an issue at all. The apartment is an excellent value as it is at the city centre plus it is clean and nicely decorated. It has got everything that you would need for a comfortable stay even the spare duvets for the guests if it happened to be that there are more than the two of you, although we didn't need it. Nice room temperatures. Hosts have obviously thought about everything as there is a little manual/book for guests on how to's. They even have sent the info for how to boosts the hot water even without being asked. The whole building itself felt safe and quiet most times.

I made a mistake of trying to open the lock box just near the main door when it isn't it's the lockbox just outside the apartment itself but it wasn't that much of an issue at all.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed from an airbnb. I couldn’t get the heater to work however a quick text to the host and I understood how to get them working.

My room was located on the main road side so it did get a little noisy when I opened the window but that was expected.

The Flat was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, located in city centre but still very quiet and peaceful. Also was close to all things necessary as due to the prime location. Can’t wait to book the next stay!

Het apartement was heel netjes. We kwamen weinig te kort. Je moest wel een half uur wachten om heet te douchen, maar dat werd van te voren aangegeven.

De locatie viel wat tegen. Parkeren was moeilijk, aangezien we een buitenlands kenteken hebben, konden we op de openbare parkeerplaatsen vaak niet betalen. Uiteindelijk in een parkeergarage wel gelukt. Daarna was het even zoeken naar het gebouw, maar snel genoeg gevonden. De buurt vonden wij wat minder, om de twee minuten reden er hulpdiensten met sirenes langs. Gelukkig was het voor ons maar een korte tussenstop, dus was het prima te doen voor een nachtje.
