Disgusting building, filthy, damp, poorly maintained, unclean, drug parafanalia, discarded bin bags.
Nothing, location is terrible, the building the flat is in is part of a multi storey flats complex. On arrival we were greeted with brocken glass scattered at the entrance, cigarette and marijuana joint butts. The we entered the building and were met with black bin bags in the foyer. The smell was disgusting and the stench of marijuana was overbearing. We made our way to the flat where filthy carpets escorted us along the way along with damp riddled walls. Flat was nice but unfortunately in an extremely poorly maintained building. Definitely not a place to stay with children. We had to book other accommodation and the flat owners has refused any compensation as they say the complaint isn't actually about the flat.

Brilliant flat in a great location
Immaculately clean apartment. The location was perfect for us. Two minutes walk from the arena. Car park right next to the building always had plenty of spaces at all times of the day and not overly expensive. The bed is comfy. The apartment is spacious and is well equipped with all the essentials you may need for a short stay. Hot water is plentiful. With the windows closed you barely hear outside and we live in the middle of the countryside so this is a massive bonus. Excellent windows! Excellent communication from the owner. Would happily recommend
Water pressure is ok but not fabulous. But I think that’s just a personal niggle. I definitely wouldn’t stop me staying here.

Very clean, comfortable and easy to access.
Very clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi and TV were very good and easy to use. Quiet for the location. The NCP car park was close by, reasonably priced and easy to use.
The apartment building itself is a little dated and the doors downstairs don’t close properly. Once in the apartment though it is lovely and modern.
