Room and facilities in the room were good and as advertised
Major problems with the plumbing resulting in dreadful smell of strong urine, rending the bathroom unusable. When I complained some came round quickly, explained the issue and resolved it with chemicals

Room was okay
Safety issue, the main entrance of the house was open 24/7. No camera on the main entrance, on the first day issue with the washroom heating - where the button was in the bedroom. Blind was broken - though it was fixed next day. However it was not checked before my arrival. I was told by the property manager that he has lot of work and cannot take care of the property. Good location - property not managed.

The property itself was clean, well-located and generally comfortable. The facilities inside the apartment were good and the place was suitable for the stay.
The host’s communication was unprofessional and not very welcoming. I was charged unexpected extra fees for late check-out (£15 per hour + an additional £20 charge), which were not clearly mentioned on the listing or communicated before booking. I informed the host the night before, so I don’t feel this was “last minute.” The tone of the host felt rude and dismissive, and the overall experience with the additional charges felt unfair and not transparent.

Very comfortable bed, decent, well-equipped kitchenette and it's a spacious room. Includes the essentials and there's also a wardrobe, a dining table and chairs, a fan and a television. Also, the manager Shaz is extremely responsive and helpful, even at short notice, which made the experience much better!
Some issues with the cleanliness of the walls and kitchen utensils. Also, visitors should be aware that being on the ground floor means experiencing some noise from outside and above the flat.

Good price for service/product offered
Hand over - numerous messages back and forth regarding pass code, kept being referred to emails as opposed to just being informed over the phone which could easily have been done.
Passcode is not very safe either - I, once, typed the code in wrong and it opened up

Hi. Very good on site staff when my key stopped working and I was trapped inside. A quick response.
Ratings would have been higher but, during my stay; I asked for a price to extend my stay & when I got around to it, I was then quoted was $100 higher. This was disappointing as I would have appreciated notice of the possible price change meaning I could have then made a decision.

everything was fine except for the customer service.
went to stay in this apartment which was fine until the customer service representative said they did not find the key when they checked out. I did not have the key when I checked in and everything was unlocked so I thought it was standard. however they blamed it on me and told me I should’ve known. how should I have known when the apartment was handed it to me that way? still trying to put the blame on me when they already found the key and did not want to admit their mistake of not giving us the key!

It’s a beautiful preserved building, centrally placed in leicester. I had to work around area but had a family which worked out well.
It’s pretty specious and clean with most amenities there. Staff is approachable on what’s app & do take your instructions and message back. On the whole brilliant place will qualify for an excellent with few changes.
Car parking charges to park in the building works differently in the service book and on line. Also there is 24 hours charge even in the check out day!.I feel it’s overlapping payments from the guests!
Wi fi keeps on dropping in the middle of meeting.
Hand towels and kitchen towels were not provided & it say luxurious on ad!
The shower with single bedrooms , first on the left leaks cold water from the unit while taking shower.
This is a suggestion to update kettle toaster & microwave. They were working but doesn’t fit in the description.

SAV service APARTMENT is up to standard with professional staff on call if you need any support
It is home from home and has a smart front door, smart TV, smart lamp, smart heater, fan, you have your own private room, kitchen and toilet in the apartment and private washing machine too
Since the washing machine was not connected and I had the option to use the main building washing machine, I would have preferred the kitchen washing machine to be connected or replaced with a portable washing machine so as not to leave the apartment

The rooms were not cleaned properly as the previous occupants had left stuff in the bedside cabinets. We had to clean them.
The cupboard in the dining room was not clean as they had left things that needed to be binned.
The window in the double bedroom wouldn’t shut and the blinds had panels missing.
Charging £30 is a joke when the place wasn’t clean

They don't change towels every day. So you have to use them again without changing because there policy is saying according to them change towels is 2 times a week

Absolutely amazing place to stay in central, I have stayed few times and is always extremely clean, quiet, independent, and the staff is always ready to help. Absolutely recommended

Lovely, central location. Was clean and comfortable. Keyless entry was great and really easy.
We had booked for 6 people but there was only really space for 4. Luckily 3 children and an adult could all be in one bed but it wasn’t really what we had paid for. When we asked for another duvet for the sofa bed we were told we were not allowed one but could use the unmade pillows and duvet from the sofa. Parking was advertised but there actually isn’t any really so you will need to park on the road and a day rate for this is £8.20.

It was a bit dirty before I moved in but that was purely the issue with the cleaners rather than the apartments but that seems to be fixed now, even gave me a pair of glasses that I forgot in the flat

Code was sent after many emails and phone calls 30 minutes before check in time.
I was very stressed
I had to email and phone number of times to get check in code and when we got to our apartment it was dirty. It’s wasn’t cleaned after previous guests. All the beds and towels were as the previous guest as left it. Beds slept in, towels used and on the floor, empty drink bottle in the kitchen.
We got to the apartment and midnight and I had no one to contact to come and bring clean sheets and towels therefore my first night money was wasted.
I have all the photos of the apartment as a proof of who the apartment.
Extremely disappointed with the service.
Next morning when I phone a cleaner came and cleaned the apartment.

I was not send the code for the doors- prior to arrival so had to call and wait for them to be sent despite receiving notification that my arrival time had been acknowledged. Last time I stayed here, I had 2 wait 2 hours for my room - as it was not ready, this this time was a shame again.

evrerything was easy, entry per door code, two pairs of codes were sent in one mail, so that the chosen one wasn´t working. replacement code was sent inbetween minutes, so problem solved quickly.
