Home from home.

The location was 23 to 30 minutes from the University of Leicester and the city center and easily accessible via public transportation. The apartment is a quiet residential location with amenities within walking distance and plenty of park spaces. Access to the apartment was easy; I love the code system vs. holding a physical key. We constantly communicated with the host throughout our stay, who responded to issues via WhatsApp and expressed appreciation for our reporting issues with shared photos. The whole apartment was spacious enough for us, it was airy and full of light. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and well ventilated, with access to the balcony overlooking lush neighbouring gardens, which was a nice view and a cool place to cool off on warmer days.

The broken door knobs limited privacy to the bathroom and bedroom, and a strong sewage smell enveloped the whole apartment on hot days or after a hot shower.

The hot water ran intermittent being hot for a minute and cold the next. Tv only had YouTube or you could watch Netfix if you had your own account. No teatowel

Lovely apartment. Would stay again BUT would not subject anyone to sleep on that sofa bed!

The flat was clean and well decorated. It was well equipped too. Parking was also available.

The sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable to sleep on. The flat should only be used for no more than 4 guests. We were 6 people and so it was a bit of a tight fit.

Absolutely brilkiant

Surprised how modern it was.

Some spotlights could have been changed. Little dark in kitchen. Lighting matters a lot so these things should not be forgotten to be sorted quickly.

Ok the apartment just needs a little bit of care and attention

The property was not particularly clean. Kitchen cupboard doors greasy, skirting boards very dusty. There were no light shades in any room. The TV had no free view so you had to log into your own accounts. We were ok but if you didn’t have any accounts like Amazon you would struggle. The shower bracket was held on by tape. Apartment just needs some attention as above and would be perfect.

Loved how it had everything you needed. Was so clean and pleased to see that if had amazing prime a netflix on the TV. The location was brilliant as it was only 10mins from city centre. Loved how that staff were kind enough for me to check out a little later.

Well looked after property!

It was clean, and the door code initially didnt work due to batteries being low. But I made a call, and that was done straight away. We liked it so much that we ended up booking an extra night! Plenty of parking so didn't have to worry about parking meter etc!

It was exceptionally good.

I liked that it was private area, had contactless check-in, and also felt like home. Didn't have staff hovering over my face telling me what to do. And customer service was only one phone call away, which was nice.

The kettle in my flat had limescale in it that won't go away after washing. It kept leaving sediments in the water I wanted to boil that we decided to boycott it totally. Also the bathroom sink was leaking and left water on the floor.

A new build which was fantastic

Fantastic place to stay. We were here for 3 days and everything was perfect. A new flat with al the amenities and heating. Beds were comfy, kitchen was great and bathroom was great.

Was a very nice apartment ideal location.itis very much value for money,very modern and clean.

There was a few little issues,opened the blinds in the living room and they fell down all came out of the wall.phoned about it but no one came, so we had to putitback up.had to wash out the coffee machine because there was sour milk in it,and the oven trays were dirty and still in the oven.Butother than that we had a lovely stay.

The flat was furnished with dishes, basic supplies, & Netflix. Location worked well for our family- a 10 min walk (with kids) to a local coop for groceries, and right near local bus stops. Our unit (#8)was at the back, which was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was responsive and helpful.

We booked for 5 people for 4 nights and when we arrived there was just 1 hand towel and 4 bath towels. Fortunately, the staff was responsive and got the extra supplies to us the next day.

Nice flat…. Very quiet!

Nice, spacious apartment, able to park immediately outside, felt welcoming and was surprisingly well equipped. The flat was at the rear end of the block, so furthest from the road, making it very quiet, despite quite a busy road. WiFi was fast. The shower was large and water pressure very good. A really good sized bathroom for a small flat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The TV had a connectivity problem and never worked. The pillows were very flat. The cleaner arrived at 8am one morning, without prior warning, and let herself into the flat while most of us slept, which was a concern. No instructions were provided on how anything worked in the flat which was a bit difficult (coffee machine, TV etc). We only received the door entry code a few hours before check in was due, which worried us as we were already on our way.

Beautifully decorated modern apartment with great WiFi speed and plenty of storage. Secure off road parking was very handy. Excellent communication with host prior to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Cleaning could have been more thorough. The shower door was broken and left aside meaning water was spilling on the floor.

Exceptional stay

The property was very highly finished just like in the pictures and clean, management was very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable also we had privet parking next to our flat. I will definitely return if I have to find accommodation in Leicester next time.

Only fault I can think of is shower door won’t close properly due to fixing issue but this was very minor so other than that can’t fault this place.

Perfect property and helpful host.

We were working in the area. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Safe parking close to the vehicle. The apartment was amazing. All beautifully furnished and decorated. Spotlessly clean also. Host could not have done more for us. Easy to contact and kept in touch to ensure our stay was going to plan. Will be booking again.
