Nice Living Serviced Accommodations Leicester

The location in Knighton is very convenient. There is on-street parking around the location. We were visiting family to celebrate Father's Day. The accommodation is across two floors with each floor having its own bedrooms plus shared lounge, kitchen, shower and toilet. Privacy is ensured by keycode access to the property and separate keycodes on each bedroom. The bedrooms were fine with ample wardrobe/drawer furniture provided and the beds were fairly comfortable. The lounge was spacious and comfortably arranged; the furniture was tired but still reasonably comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with kettle, microwave, cooker and good size fridge/freezer. Separate Toilet and Shower facilities were provided. Godwin who deals with the flat management is very personable and helpful.

Bedrooms were only supplied with one towel - there should have been at least one towel per person, preferably a hand towel and a larger towel for showering as is usually supplied by accommodation. There was also no wiping up towel for the kitchen, nor an oven glove - inconvenient for cooking. Only two toilet rolls were supplied for the weekend - one on the roll and one spare for 4 people downstairs; we had to go out and buy some. The kitchen table was broken so there was nowhere to sit for a meal. There was no toaster. Minimum cutlery was provided and this did not include dessert spoons. There were no kitchen knives, apart from a small paring knife; also there were no scissors and there was no bottle or can opener provided. All of these things should be easy to sort out for future visitors. On arrival, the kitchen cleaning had not been properly completed but Godwin came personally next morning and did a thorough clean for us - what a nice man.
