Booked 10 days earlier, but on the date, even after check in time someone contacted and told they cannot give us the room. Weekend evening we couldn't find somewhere else and had to travel about 30 miles to stay. That person called offered 50% off and share rooms with others. Disgusting

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE I arrived in the evening after a long drive, having received no check in instructions. I rang the contact number to be told that my reservation had been declined earlier in the day through booking.com (it hadn't). The owner refused my request that he send me a text to confirm the cancellation, and insisted it was done through the website so no text was needed. I had a last minute scramble for alternative accommodation, then logged a dispute with booking .com to get a refund. The owner then told booking.com that there had been no issue with my booking, and they kept my money. Booking.com refused to address this because the owner denied any issue. Angry doesn't even begin to cover it. Side note; the 'available' parking is on street, 'first come first served' on a busy city street, so not at all a guarantee to be able to park!

Worst Airbnb probably in Leicester

Am afraid nothing really.The place is a mess.

Nothing interesting really.Very dirty place.My room had used tooth brush and dirty old bed linen.Room wasnt clean or vacuumed.The carpets a real mess.Infact the whole place needs refurbishment.They promise to supply guest with toiletries which is a big fat lie.You can hardly use their cooking facilities such as cooker and microwave.Its rusty,oily and smelly.Spider webs all over, my room,kitchen and bathroom.U need to be really very desperate to book there.

The entry instructions were good, there was tea, coffee, sugar, a kitchen. Everything worked

The bedsheets smelt stale, tv was hard to work, the toilet was a long way from the room. We had noisy neighbours, the curtains were very hard to close

The property was lovely and clean with a lot of excellent amenities. Microwave, washing machine and cooker, were a welcome addition but what let it down was the location which was quite far from where we needed to be and with very poor availability of parking places
