Train Station Spacious Apartments - Free Wifi, Netflix & Paid Parking Opposite

The location is amazing close to everything walking distance for our night out didn’t even need to get a taxi, Staff is lovely and helpful answer very quickly they are friendly and will sort out any concerns you have🙂 Easy to find, very good security random people can’t get into the building.

One bath towel for two guests, no bin bags for the bin to put you’re rubbish in, no kitchen towel. Also we arrived with the bed sheets being stained and not clean just thought maybe it don’t wash out but after our arrival couple hours later we had a guy come saying the bed has not been done and need bed sheets changed so this was abit disgusting in my opinion. Happy that they got changed but guests shouldn’t arrive to a dirty bed. Other than that it’s a lovely new place just the house keeping should be better and have more things in the kitchen for a more comfortable stay🙂

Location, cleanliness, spacious room.

Only one small hand towel for two people in the bathroom , no kitchen towels to dry up with after cooking. No bin liner in the bin. More a housekeeping issue not the fault of the owners. It maybe something that’s becoming the norm, but it’s the first time I’ve been asked to provide photos of each guest and of my driving licence,,and you don’t get the message asking for this until after you’ve made a non refundable booking and you aren’t given access instructions to the property until you fill the form with photos in. I’ll take this up with booking.com

The property was very up to date as was the security measures. The room was large and was extremely clean.

There was a delay in being able to get into the property.

Good Location

We had a call on the day of booking requesting to cancel the booking as they was a leak in the 2 bed flat which I selected. So I had to adjust in 2 - 1 bed flats and was inconvenient as we had kids and wanted to be in same flat. There was no alternative and very last minute, how can you expect anyone to cancel they travel plan on the same day.
