The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, close to the train station and city centre. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly and responsive.
The room was a little noisy at times because of the nearby road, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been more stable. Other than that, everything was good.

Good location, very clean & comfortable, nice shower & comes with TV & Netflix etc., nice shower & was easy to get to. Landlady was nice & had good communication, was helpful and easy to get hold of.
Everything about the stay was great other than housekeeping ringing our phone, knocking on the door, & walking in unannounced multiple times from 9:25am to 10:55am when checkout wasn’t until 11am

It was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The security within the apartment was very reassuring and felt safe.
The bathroom, although clean, had a nasty odour.

The location for my personal purposes
The ridiculous, unnecessarily complicated check in procedure plus request to pay a deposit. The poor follow up when messaging to get check in details.
When you arrive there is no signage to indicate flat numbers.
The bathroom in flat 8 smelt of drains, to the point of feeling sick.
The person in the flat above clearly had no respect for other visitors, spending the second night thumping across the floor most of the night to the point of abandoning sleep and leaving on an earlier train.
