Location, apartment meets our requirements and has many necessary items including cooking facilities.

A nice apartment that could provide an excellent experience if few minor issues were addressed. For example only towels and toilet paper were provided, no other bathroom essentials like shower gel, shampoo, handwashing were available. Kitchen is well equipped, but lighter for gas stoves, a saucepan or couple of utensils may make things easier for guests. Instructions were not provided clearly in advance, so guests won’t know what were present or what were not. Though response over phone was quick and efficient, guest needed to contact the property over phone to collect key box passwords, WiFi password and how to lock the room after arrival. These informations could be provided in advance instead of making the guests wait at the door and contact over phone. Note: Upper floor was time to time slightly noisy during night but manageable.

The door closing mechanism is faulty. Someone was sent to check it but need replacing as it is faulty and occasionally found the door even closed with the key can remain open

Location was very good. All rooms where a good size. Hairdryer and iron where a bonus.

The sofa was not comfortable to sit on or lay on. The flat was clean, and the linen was clean. The flat could use a deep clean.
