Poor very basic

Location and parking

Cold and dirty Kitchen equipment. Broken and dirty greasy plates and cups lights failing and flickering doors not closing properly Tiles Broken dirty stains on carpet and burnt Some tlc and love this could be a nice place but it's just basic and unloved

Great location for cricket, and on a bus route to Leicester city centre

We have stayed at an apartment in the same building before. This time we were two couples, and flat 3 was ideal for us. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, with extremely comfortable king-size (5' wide) beds. There is a bit of road noise but nothing that kept us awake at night, even with the window open. The sitting room is light, with a large sofa and a table and chairs for 4 people. A Netflix-enabled TV is in the property, though we were unable to find the usual BBC/ITV channels. The electric shower worked well and was simple to use. We had a few issues but this host is really good at responding and sorting things out promptly, so we ended up very happy with the situation. We would recommend this place, and also recommend that if you do find something that is not to your satisfaction, you contact the host and he will get it sorted. He can't know if you don't tell him!

This apartment was fitted with a lot of high quality fittings, but they have not been fitted well and some are badly aligned, and as well there is some damage to floor tiles. The owner is I understand planning to address these issues. The carpet in the sitting room is in need of a deep clean also to remove some of the marks that normal vacuuming won't shift.

The place needs a good upgrade, the carpets are really really dirty the bathroom caulking is chipping, the place has terrible industrial color white lights we booked for the weekend but decided to book the local Marriott and stayed there instead

Like being at home, amazing experience.

Traveled with my workout partner for a huge competition and it really felt like being at home. We got all the rest we needed and really managed to settle in. Used the kitchen and the living room like we were at home. Absolutely recommended.

Maybe for an even better service I would have provided soap/shampoo/extra toilet paper.

Great location for The O2 Academy

Just a few simple things needed attention :- There were no instructions for the TV which would have helped. The blind in the rear bedroom was faulty and the window wouldn’t stay open. It was an incredibly hot weekend so I had to prop it open. Some kitchen roll would have been handy too. Just little things that make a big difference.

Good location, beautiful and comfortable property

It’s a shame that a property as beautiful as that would not be cleaned properly. We found remnants of a cigarette stick under the chair, used bottles and false nails from previous user. The step at the entrance wasn’t steady enough and made my husband fall down. The kitchen tap only dispensed cold water all through our stay. No bin to clean after ourselves, no milk, no extra towels considering we spent more than a night. It’s a decent property but I didn’t get value for my money.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything in particular about the property that we didn’t like, more like the smoke alarm that went off shortly after arrival that bothered the life out of us even though there was neither smoke nor fire. It turned out it was the neighbors cooking
