Very nice period home

Superbly decorated and well equipped property

It was a great stay, and the hosts responded very quickly when we required any assistance

It was very clean and it had all the facilities we required

The mirrors in the bathroom were too high up on the wall to be useful and there were no dustbins in any of the rooms. The sofa bed was a bit wobbly

Exceptional property, we had a wonderful stay!

The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, throughout. Beds are very comfortable with clean bedding and towels. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all included. Pans, plates, cutlery, cups and glasses all provided. We had everything we needed A real home from home. Security cameras and digital lock made us feel very safe and secure. Lovely patio and garden area We had regular communication with the owner. They went over and above for us, leaving a welcome pack for our arrival and even went back to the property to check for something we thought we had left behind. Would love to stay again!

Perfect and a great host

My experience from the start was a very positive one with the host, they kept in touch all the time, nothing was too much trouble, the place was better than we expected, photos can be deceiving however the photos do not do this place justice. I had everything I needed and more. The place was really clean and spacious, plenty of room for our family. The welcome basket was amazing!! There was everything in there to keep you going until you have time to go to the shops.

Fantastic house and amazing host

Welcome basket with essentials for breakfast was very sweet touch. Everything was very clean and comfortable and absolutely loved having phone charger pods and a dryer for washing. Decor was lovely. Really felt so happy in this home from home. Host was super helpful and kind. Pin code access instead of a door key was so helpful too.

Leicester Holiday let.

Attending for a family wedding.Excellent house with everything we needed. Clean ,comfortable and plenty of space. Bonus having a garden. Good location. Would definitely recommend it and would use it again.

No cloakroom downstairs. Having to climb stairs with dodgy knees was not great😀. Next door neighbours lower side were a bit noisy a few nights. Seemed like their living room was next to front bedroom. Although Sat night was really quiet.. All in all these are very minor issues and did not spoil a great stay.

Beautiful, quirky, modern, deceptively unassuming, huge dining area, Just Fab! and great hosts.. 👍

Had minor issue with code not programmed, help arrived very quickly and resolved almost immediately. Monika was really helpful and great to deal with. Very difficult not to like, food hamper is brilliant, it has food you want to eat. All things considered it really is excellent value and great place just unwind and relax.

Size was great for 3 adults, 2 kids and room for a couple more also. Generous welcome pack. Nice finish throughout and the modern touches of Google Nest, smart locks was cool.

It got hot in some of the bedrooms with heating on but fine once we figured out we were able to control with Nest thermostat.

Good location to travel around Leicester. Really comfortable and inviting house

I liked the size of the bedrooms and the decor of the house was very tasteful. There was 9 of us staying and we did not feel like we were in each other's way at all. I really liked the large dining room and table which meant we had a communal space to eat and chat, even if some were cooking or wanting to watch TV. It was really nice to receive an unexpected welcome basket of essentials, such a lovely gesture.

Spectacular - You get what you were promised and more.

Firstly, this is the first property I have come across whereby the pictures match exactly how the properly looks and laid out in real life. Secondly the property has all the amenities one may need and the host provides a detailed tour of the property. Well worth it.
