This apartment is good, Nick extremely helpful

Very good location for the city Nick was extremely helpful with any issues we had The apartment is small and compact Has most things needed for a very short stay

Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable The mattress has seen better days You roll into the middle and you can feel every bump Did not sleep well at all, if the mattress was changed this would of been a lovely place to stay Could do with a few more cups and better cooking pans. Not equipped to cook a meal

Parking. There is limited street parking which if you use is only available without restrictions from 4-9.30. There is the option to pay for parking which is reasonably priced which if I stay again I would use.

150 pound deposit and money of the property when you take both of them separate separate as a customer I don’t feel good

The stay was OK, but there was a couple of issues like parking Other otherwise was good and another problem when I made the Through towork.com after that payment I have made the property asked you to pay for 150 pound deposit after the money you make it through booking.com which will be title cost around £230 something like that with that money it would be good to get a villa.

Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed for the night and great location. We only stayed one night but if we were to stay longer would be great as had washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and kettle. Perfect could not fault it

Absolutely amazing little apartment, I was travelling with work and stumbled upon this little cosy gem, it’s all you need comfortable, quiet, clean and cosy and best of all private parking, would highly recommend to anyone looking at staying in the centre of Leicester as the perfect spot.

Comfortable stay and no issues

Clean, it had everything you needed including shower jell and extra towels for hair and it’s walking distance to the town centre and also has secure parking . Also been able to get in straight away rather than having to meet someone and you can also leave without having to wait to hand keys in so it’s very flexible . The staff are very helpful and answered the phone straight away and it was all sorted out quickly as soon as it was booked

Great place to stay but be aware you’ll be asked for a £150 deposit that you weren’t aware of

The place was absolutely beautiful with good amenities.

No where on their booking info did it state you also had to pay a £150 deposit. I was emailed by someone working for Empire service at 4.45 when we arrived that I couldn’t have the codes to get in until I paid him the £150 deposit.That is not acceptable so be aware

My son and I stayed their a week during a house move. Would come back. Would definately recommend.

Staff and manager were super friendly. Manager was available via messages and phone at all times. Lovely, clean room with everything you need. Comfortable. Manager allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and they were already in the room once we checked in. Nice table and chair on the balcony. Big tv.

It was a bit hot. But a ventilator was provided promptly by the manager.

The location was ideal. Close enough to the city centre for socialising, but far enough away for a great night's sleep in a quiet location.. Very spacious apartment, bigger than I expected, with a lovely balcony to chill out on, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

My only minor issue was the plugs in the bathroom sink, and the bath, didn't stop water from draining away, but it was only a minor issue.

property was fab but could’ve done with a few extra bits and bobs in the way of kitchen utensils

Constantly barking dog in the next door flat. 4 hours at a time! Very,very disorganised on arrival getting keys. sorting out car park etc. Found this situation extremely stressful. I’m registered disabled but wasn’t met by anyone. instead I was directed to go to another building to pick a key to my flat up from a key safe! Last thing you want to be doing after a long journey! It was a long walk. Then had to walk back to the building we’d booked with the key. they forgot I’d booked parking so that was a bit of an issue. I went out in the Evening and tried to get back in the building car park but they’d forgotten to give me the zapper to operate the garage doors. after a string of phone calls and 3/4 of an hours wait the man in charge got a friend to hang over a balcony to zap me in! because I was going out again I needed a zapper so was then instructed to go to another building yet again to another key safe and get one. Must be honest I found the whole operational side extremely frustrating and exhausting. I don’t quite know how you would get on if you were a wheelchair user. The address that the apartment is under is a one way street so satnav kept sending us around and around. it would’ve been easier to have given a heads up on this and advised to access via a different street

location - central to all facilities

Apartment was not clean, floors were very dirty, does not seem to have been cleaned in a long time, both beds very uncomfortable, couches also unclean. We were 8 minutes late in checking out and host asked my wife to wait in the corridor with all the luggage until I arrived. Very unprofessional and poor treatment.

Good location for the city centre. Quiet apartment on 2nd floor of the building. Well equipped.

The location was fine. I managed to park in the street but there is parking in the car park beneath the apartments building. Lovely comfortable bed and bathroom and kitchen good.
