This apartment has a very good location, close to the centre of town. The apartment has a spacious, comfortable lounge with a nice kitchen and facilities. One of the bedrooms is lovely and opens onto a large balcony which extends along to the lounge. The balcony overlooks the canal and is a great spot for a morning coffee. I stayed with my sister and 10-year-old nephew, and we had a fun time.
The only main issue was that the second bedroom that attaches to the lounge doesn't have a single plug socket. Not only does this mean no charging of any devices in there, but there isn't even a bedside lamp, which is an extra challenge given that the room doesn't have a window either! It is literally just a (comfortable) bed in a room. While fine for 1 night, for an extended stay, this would be less ideal. If you're in that room, your impression of the apartment will be quite different to those in the main bedroom.
