Great location, very central. The apartment is light and spacious and has a good layout.
The apartment could do with a good deep clean and needs some upkeep. A lot of the furniture is wonky/broken. and the kitchen ís equipped but could have more equipment to make it more comfortable.

The location is great, 5 min walk to get to Leicester centre. One of the agents who runs it was pretty responsive and kind enough to address all the problems with the accommodation immediately.
Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance (broken lightbulbs, broken dining table, filthy fridge and oven. broken key fob, leaking shower screen and very hot and stuffy without the AC in the summer heat! The whole place felt neglected!
