Do Not Recommend at all

Paid an £100 Security Deposit on booking to receive the pin lock code for the apartment. After leaving the place spotless and “very tidy” in their words of gratitude after our stay, they have ghosted me and refused to acknowledge my messages of asking when i will be refunded the security deposit back. This is extremely unprofessional and have had to contact booking.com directly about this issue

A flawless 10/10 stay in Leicester — comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property in Leicester and was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The place was spotlessly clean, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Every room looked like something out of a design magazine — beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, from the elegant furnishings to the tasteful color schemes. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought has gone into making this space welcoming and stylish. The atmosphere was so cozy yet modern, and everything I needed was provided, making my stay effortless and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience — it’s honestly one of the cleanest and most beautifully presented properties I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Leicester and will definitely be returning!

Expected better and should have done more research.

Clean & modern

Heater not working….called the number provided and was told it is working, called half a hour later and left a message but didn’t receive a reply. Very noisy during the night - doors slamming and loud talking/arguing. Also sounded like there was a party going on as well. Advertised with two bathrooms but only one in the accommodation…this was very inconvenient for four people as the apartment was booked for this reason. Had to find parking even though advertised as there being parking available.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and looked exactly like the photos, if not better in person. Everything was well thought out and the space felt comfortable, modern, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hosts were excellent throughout – friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, this was a really high-quality stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place with great hosts.

Peaceful and very clean, would definitely recommend

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment . After an exhausting day at work, arriving here felt like coming home. The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately helped me relax. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the space was beautifully maintained. It’s a great place to unwind, and I truly appreciated the comfort and calm it offered. I’d happily stay here again.

The property was perfect i really enjoyed it! Communication was great from the host! They gave me deposit back very quickly! Theey gace us a bottle of aqua pana and biscuits which was a cery nice gesture! I would definitely recommend this place

Stunning apartment Really good location

Beautiful Property, picture do not do justice to the actual place, whilst the picture were stunning the place was one of the best places I had ever stayed at! Great communication with host and deposit returned to me very quickly! Location was convenient being very close to city centre! Would definitely return!
