Clean and tidy apartment - let down with contents of kitchen and bedding, towels etc

Location

Poorly equipped kitchen - no bread knife - had to purchase one - no mixing bowl, no baking tins - poor quality basic plates and cutlery. And only enough for 4 place settings so not ideal if using dishwasher ! No additional pillows for double bed only supplied with two. No bath sheets

Half term with kids.

I recently stayed here with my sister fati and kids. , and we had a fantastic experience! The apartment was not only spacious and comfortable for all six of us but it was also impeccably clean, which was a big plus for us. The check-in process was straightforward and well-organized, making our arrival seamless.The heater was top notch as one heater in the hall way could make the whole place warm. A big thank you to the management for their efforts in creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended!

I travelled with my 83 year old father and he was also very happy. We had two comfortable bedrooms.

The flat was amazing, clean and well equipped. the host was super helpful especially when I got stuck paying for my parking.

The common lift area was a little dirty, but that is something the host does not have any control over. Once we were on the flat it was super. Easy to get to as well

Renovated clean apartment not so great building.

Spacious lounge dinning area. 2 Spacious double bedrooms. Very clean throughout. Comfortable and large beds. Freshly renovated. Friendly and accomodating staff. We asked for additional glasses and drying rack which were provided next day.

Located in older building a little run down. No site parking. Parking across the street was open air and paid 24 daily rate. Not convienient to unload car and get luggage to apartment.

Comfortable and spacious, close to city centre

The proximity to Leicester city centre was perfect - easy walking distance. The hosts were very responsive and helpful any time I had any questions. The apartment was spacious, clean. The only thing missing was a full length mirror as we were going to a wedding!

We arrived late at night and the area felt a little isolated at that time. The carpet in the corridor was stained which was not a great first impression on our arrival on the first floor but overall, everything was really good and we did not experience anything negative inside or outside the apartment and block.

Fantastic Stay – Spacious & Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was perfect for us, clean, modern, and well-equipped. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. Everything was as same as in the pictures. Originally, we booked just for three people, but for one night, we had two additional guests, and the apartment easily accommodated everyone without feeling crowded. The host was very accomodating in regards to that. Only a small amount of additional charges were taken for the additional guests. The beds were cozy, and the living area was a great place to relax. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Prior to the check in the host sent all the necessary details, and it was very easy to follow. The flat was situated a bit further inside the building, but it was not hard to find the flat when you follow the host's instructions. The location was ideal for us. Very close to the St. Margaret's Bus Station, and city center. Everything was in walking distance. There was a cheap parking space nearby as well. Overall, we had a great experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Leicester. It is well worth the money. Finally, a shoutout to the wonderful host, who was very responsive and friendly. Truly appreciate the hospitality we received. Thank you very much for providing a wonderful place for us to stay.
